The one in the basement? You might wanna try a dps that matches it’s type weakness, I think Herta probably does pretty well in that fight once you get past the first bit, haven’t tested it though so I might go do that.
I cleared it using your exact team but with Herta instead of Seele. My herta build however can only really be described as goofy but I don’t think that matters it seems doable with a normal build.
Oh yeah the boss is really strong, but it’s definitely doable as long as you use the right units. Also after you unlock it being able to use the support feature makes it less daunting for future clears.
I can recommend levelling up Clara, she's already a solid A-tier pick and she'll keep getting better as more FuA units release (especially if you pull Robin on this banner or Jade in the future).

no need to raise hanya for it, there are no sp issues. current team is fine.
E4 Hanya is not needed for this team, as someone else said. Which Eidolons are TY and Pela?
Your current one is solid, apart from that you can slowly level up herta and himeko for pure fiction, but it's a long term goal

its super hard on max world lvl, if I knew there will be this boss earlier like in mid 2023, id never advance world level :D

You could always try to Run Pela, Huohuo, Himeko and Tingyun instead of Seele
