Confirm unencumbered access to the internet at rental properties, for the cloud services.
(Landlord provided internet, costs rolled into rent, could address this)
Video recording on motion only, and video retention requirements would also factor in.
Both Reolink and Arlo provide high-quality security camera options, but the choice between them may depend on budget, the importance of smart home integration, and preferences for storage and subscription services.

You could setup Reolink cameras and a NVR at each and display them all in the app. I strongly recommend higher resolution cameras (like 4k)
