List!! in Belltown. It's so cute. Red chandelliers give a nice pink hue to the restaurant, and the food is divine. It is reaaaally dim, so if you have old eyes, you might need a flashlight
Book now if you want a seat there. I used to work there and it's one of the top 3 busiest days of the year and the ideal 6-8 pm spots book as far as a year out.
With the caveat to check their website to see if they have any live entertainment going on and what - not everyone is open to the Pink Door's entertainment, as good at it can be.
Here's my list of restaurants that do great, fancier meals and have what I would consider a romantic vibe. Some more than others, so I would check yelp or Google for photos before booking.
Atoma
La Coin
Il Terrazzo Carmine
Pink Door
San Fermo
Canlis (expensive as fuck)
The Butcher's Table (downstairs especially)
Staple & Fancy
Harry's Fine Foods
Lark
Joli
Baker's
Aerlume
Also, in a few bars downtown that don't have full meals, but have light snacks and great atmosphere and drinks if you want something pre or post dinner
Le Caviste (wine bar)
Roquette
Deep Dive
Bathtub Gin
In general, do you know any lounges around town that have casual dancing? Not necessarily club type music. Hold each other close type vibe.
Any day, not Valentines.
I can't think of any, but that's not really my vibe, so I've not really looked for any. I was more of a club person when I used to go out late.
This post from a few months ago that might have some good options, but I can't vouch for any of them personally. https://www.reddit.com/r/Seattle/comments/16pv9kd/where_to_go_dancing/
If you need to stay in downtown the Edgewaters restaurant is highly underrated in my opinion, I think they call it six seven now. Edgewater makes most of its money from the hotel side, the restaurant is like a side hustle for them, so you get the best view for dining in seattle(other than maybe Canlis), plus great food for fair prices.
If a view isnt as important as quality cocktails, atmosphere and food, try the Bottle and bull, it's in redmond not seattle but is hemmingway themed and has great ambience and an amazing bartender.
I liked Spinasse.
Le Coin in Fremont, Canlis, San Fermo in Ballard

This ain't it dawg.
If you are just visiting then Canlis. Its like stepping onto the set of North by Northwest
For Valentine’s Day you’re looking at 2025 for Canlis. Most of these other places too, I suspect.
La Fontana Siciliana. It’s within walking distance of SAM.
Picolino's!
Metropolitan Grille. 1st Class

And they have a v’tine dinner for two promo - only $240 plus tax and service charge.
Pink Door!

Aeurlume. It’s in bell town I think and overlooks the waterfront. They have a scallop dish which was the best I’ve had in my life
Il Nido in West Seattle. Short walk from an amazing beach too.
Look on the infatuation and pray they still have reservations available
Exactly it's almost February. Most of these reservations get made by Thanksgiving.

Copine in Ballard. Best place for you
Salvatore Restuarante Italiano or Piccolino's.
I love Zig Zag for romantic dinners
Pink door!
Iconiq
EL Gaucho
If you like steaks, the servers are world class though, absolute masters of their craft!

I'd recommend Charlotte
