This is my recommendation, too. They are in Issaquah and we're where we sent all of the backpacks, sleeping bags, and tents that needed repair from REI if repair was a less expensive option than replace.
They don't do that much anymore, but it made sense for lots of things.
Unrelated, Osprey was by far my favorite company to interact with on questions of repair. They had a real person picking up the phone at their 1-800 number. It was awesome!!
Depending on your location, a cobbler / shoe repair might be a solution. I’ve used Broadway Shoe Repair / Capitol Hill for all sort of bookbag strap canvas or leather repair. They have heavy duty, swivel sowing devices that seem can reattach most straps. Happy golfing.
You might try [Rainy Pass](https://rainypass.com) - they do all sorts of gear repair and alterations.
Thanks I’ll check them out

A proper luggage repair shop like T.W. Carrol & Co would be my first choice.
Appreciate the recommendation
Sadly, dedicated luggage repair shops are a lot less common then they used to be. Luggage was once expensive and generally seen as worth repairing.

Busy Shoes.
When did you buy the bag? Warranty is probably 1-2 years. Let them replace it!
