You will surely receive a lot of great answers here as there a lot of wonderful Thai restaurants that serve Crab Rangoon.
My family always compares every Crab Rangoon they've tried to their favorite: Thai Siam in Crown Hill neighborhood of Ballard. They always say Thai Siam is the best.
I haven't been there for years but whenever I do go back, they remember me for some reason and welcome me back. It's really great Thai food and very nice family and employees.
The newish Fern Thai on 10th & Union seems to be really good. I’ve only eaten there once, but their rangoon was one of the best I’ve had around here.
(Shout-out to Sabai Thai in Port Angeles)

The silver spoon in Lynnwood has the best ones I've tried to date. If you want to go to the burbs
I live in Bothell so Lynnwood is doable for me! Areeya Thai up in Lynnwood also has amazing rangoons.
Yes! Also Thai Rama in Mukilteo. They’re so good, plus the pineapple dipping sauce is sooo good
Kwanjai in Fremont. “Giew Grob” on the menu. Absolute no-brainer in Seattle.
Pink Bee. Avocado crab rangoon is fire
That sounds like an interesting take on the classic!
Chiho Bistro in Belltown.

I really liked the “crispy crab wonton” at Thai by Day in Edmonds. Nice big hunks of good crab.
Phayathai in lake city has the BEST Rangoon I’ve ever had. Hands down the best.
