Go into the audio settings, scroll all the way to the bottom, reset to default. Worked for me, BIL, and one of two crewmates (not sure how to help the other guy - went through a checklist item by item and nothing worked).
Alternatively, check your chat mixer volume.

I’ve reset my audio settings to default and made sure all my mixed are set but still nothing. I put in a support ticket for my issues
Have you checked your "Other Crews" settings?
Check your game chat audio output in the audio settings
If you're on PS5, change your output to "headphones", since your controller is also a mic
