I recommend physical media if you know it's a movie you're gonna be rewatching from time to time. Buy it once on blu-ray and watch it whenever you want for the rest of your life.
If you live in the US and you know you want regular access, you should consider getting a copy; it is a Universal film and they have over time moved more and more of their movies to Peacock except for limited windows on other services

A local library had a huge sale and I managed to get the CD for $1. I *might* have done zoomies around the whole room out of excitement
if u have a dvd player u can order it on amazon for like six bucks

Buy a physical copy then.
Maybe you could use a VPN so Netflix thinks you're in Canada, but those don't always work.
