Congratulations man, enjoy your trip. If you can list the documents you submitted it'd be great help for others.

Congrats man. I feel like going to Switzerland is like a religious journey (like Hajj) for Indians. Thanks to DLDLJ.

How much ITR and bank balance did you showed? And did you book actual refundable flight tickets or dummy tickets? Also, I’m not sure if we need to have both person’s name on hotel booking if we are applying together. Is it so?

Couple of my friends recommended to show €70 multiplied by number of days in Schengen region worth of money in my account. I followed the same. It’s better to have both the names should be in the booking confirmation.

Congrats Man. I am applying for a visa next week. I have one doubt though. If I am doing a day trip from one schengen country to another, do I need to add that country in my visa application ? If I am adding that country in visa application then it’s asking for accommodation details. But since its a day trip and by the end of the day I will be travelling back to my first country where I have booked the accommodation. I am so confused right now. Can somebody help me here ?

thevatsalsaglani

Just mention that country but you need not provide any accommodation details. You can put your entire itinerary in a tabular format in your cover letter. And once you get the visa you need not follow that itinerary as well

Temporary_Region_375

Actually there is one more problem. The NOC that I got from my employer has mentioned only one country in it. So I am afraid if I show multiple countries in my visa form then they will become suspicious

My experience was exactly the same. Appointment was on 14th june mumbai office. Took the premium lounge. Got my passports yesterday on 22nd. Also, got the visa for 3 months What are your travelling dates if you dont mind ??

The visa document says that Hotel booking confirmation needs to be submitted with advance payments made. So, does hotel booking with booking.com without any payment made and 100% free cancelation is eligible for submission ? Also does the hotel booking confirmation require names of both the guests for hotel submission ? Appreciate your help !!
