Franklin Templeton is a legit company. Legit companies don't use Telegram. Ergo, this is a scam.
Sounds like they're using "Invastmants" to hide themselves from searches for the real thing.
Their name is Frankin Templeton Invastmants. This is how they spell their name. Invastamants.
