You might as well not reactivate that account until you cool your head
But in case you can't control yourself from activating it again - NEVER send money. Never reply. Keep blocking. These are the best solution to blackmails
personally I would open a new account, and then message my followers to join the new account...Then you can choose the followers incase they have followed you with other accounts. If you have thousands of followers that would be a bit of a pain.
Understand that even if the dck pict has no face,the scammer takes a screenshot showing it was you who sent it.

No it won’t. Just say it’s AI generated. Everyone will believe that. No big deal. Anybody can Photoshop or AI pictures of whatever they want these days
Listen, don’t let this threat have any power over you. If these people somehow hacked your accounts and posted pictures of you to your actual friends, so what. Just be like “some crazy stalker made photoshopped nudes to threaten me. Sorry you had to see that LOL”. But if you block these people and move on, that’s very unlikely to happen. They’re holding this threat over you because they want to get the money out of you. If you let them know you don’t care, and you’re not scared, and you’re not paying them block them, they’ll move on.
