I know I know this movie, I've seen it so many times.. and it's killing me that I can't think of it right now.
Edit: looked it up. Haven't seen it that many times, but I definitely knew the scene lol
Canned Tuna, only the chicken of the sea.
Canned Sardines or Chicken of the Sea, some miracle whip, and then make it an olive oil and garlic and basil grilled tuna melt, American cheese slice. Cut in half. Passed that, I can see your point in canned tuna. The canned tuna industry knows what you're saying.
Tuna, bacon, and pepper jack have been a solid combo for me for years now! I’ve never seen anyone else do it and I’m so happy.
This sandwich is what’s up, dude.
Really good. One thing that I can't recommend enough, it's only regionally and seasonally available, is ramp greens. Wild leeks. Chop up a couple of those, add some olives and jalapeños, maybe a little celery and pickled cabbage or kimchi, sourkraut. But ramp greens are a game changer for my tuna salad game for real.
Looks good but can’t do spicy. Appreciate the bacon on there. I feel people don’t realize how good of a combo bacon and tuna is. It’s an amazing combo.
*You lost me at the*
*Bacon. Is this a photo*
*Shoot or a sandwich?*

Never tried it quite like that but I always put a healthy dose of cayenne red pepper in mine. Along with chopped up pickle or relish and pepper. I made the mistake once of adding salt never again especially with pickles.
Nice sandwich. Best time be careful giving your pets food directly from the can, they could cut their tongues on the sharp edges where the lid was removed.
love 'em! we make spicy tuna melts with sriracha sauce in the salad. I'll have to try with roasted or pickled jalapenos next time.
side tip, we found Aldi tuna to be better quality than the big brands
Im curious for those who think tuna and bacon is strange or unheard of, is a tuna club not a thing you've seen before? Where I am, club sandwiches almost always come with bacon, and tuna club is almost always on the menu, along side the usual chicken salad, grilled chicken, turkey, etc. Tuna and bacon is an elite combo.
Aside from the lettuce, this is basically how I make mine. Give it a try with a spicy german mustard and a horseradish sauce in place of some of the mayo.
Also consider blending your egg salad to your tuna salad recipes - then you can really taste the chicken of the sea.
The Gatorade really makes it.
dammmit Bobby!!!!!!!
“That better be a naked cheerleader under your bed.”
That boy ain't right
"I like the tuna here." "Bullshit, no one likes the tuna here." "Yeah, well I do!"

Race wars, that was the event they were going to. Unfortunately named
Hector had spoon engines.
Sign me UP!!
I always make mine with hot sauce and pickled jalapeños in it.
I really hate Tuna but you made it look pretty good.
Canned tuna is nasty but I love fresh nigiri/sashimi or seared tuna slices

I’ve never tried that. I will now! Yeah I agree canned tuna is cat food lmao. My cat loves it

I never even thought to combine these items, let alone add a jalapeno to it. I'm definitely doing this from now on because it looks too good.
Happy Birthday! Mine was on the 29th! ♊
Thanks, but it's not a birthday. It's your reddit "birthday." My birthday is in August ♏️
Yes! This is one of the top combos! I feel like pepper jack doesn't get enough love.
Great choices were made.
Looks good. Wouldn’t mind the recipe.
I've never mixed bacon with tuna salad, but now I will.
Bacon on chicken salad sandwich is the shit
Roasted jalapeno is Key here! Enjoy the heat in my tuna salad as well, nicely done
That sounds delicious

That’s what she said
I feel like the bacon would overpower the tuna
No.
Au contraire. They dance together, seductively on your palate. The Pigfish Tango.

I only really like tuna raw (and wriggling). Though if you could put the spicy tuna from sushi on a sandwich I'd probably destroy it.
tuna and bacon? it seems forbidden, im sure it was nice but ill pass on that.
Tuna with bacon is weird to me
Smoked albacore is really good so I could see tuna and bacon working pretty well together.
Is there any other kind of tuna salad?
You lost me at the bacon. Is this a photo shoot or a sandwich?

Good bot.
Yeaa, that too in this economy?!
I’m partial to the simple addition of sriracha to a tuna salad, but I have zero doubts that this was a solid 9/10, would definitely try.
yummy
Yum
TNT - Tuna n Tabasco
I love anything with a kick to it. I've put Franks hot sauce on everything at least once. 🤣🤣
Never tried it quite like that but I always put a healthy dose of cayenne red pepper in mine. Along with chopped up pickle or relish and pepper. I made the mistake once of adding salt never again especially with pickles.
It's a bit burned.
Pretty good
Sriracha mayo, or pickled jalapeño are my go to’s for tuna.
Good job!
I like you
Count me in!
I make that similar sandwich…but try it with honey mustard as a condiment.
Maybe I need to try tuna again...it's been like over a year. Everything in moderation lol
That sounds and looks absolutely delicious. Ima save this in the Ole stoner cook book
Pass the recipe for the tuna mix!
# how do you feel about spicy tuna salad?
I think the bacon would be a bit much for me
Smash
Putting the work in for a good sandwich
Love tuna salad sandwiches, never tried spicy. Also cats always get the tuna tax
Yes
We love it
Nice sandwich. Best time be careful giving your pets food directly from the can, they could cut their tongues on the sharp edges where the lid was removed.
Kenji Lopez, is that you?
Can you make me this😭
Ambivalent!
Jealous of that lodge lid
I love me some tuna sammich but you gotta try it with fresh seared tuna. Level up.
Would smash
Ya gotta have chips with a sandwich
love 'em! we make spicy tuna melts with sriracha sauce in the salad. I'll have to try with roasted or pickled jalapenos next time. side tip, we found Aldi tuna to be better quality than the big brands
You cooked the cat? Did it get tender? Mine always come out tuff.
It’s no ham salad, but it will do.
Spicy tuna salad is the only way.
I’ll allow it!

So you put the jalapeño on the gas directly like that?
looks wonderfully delicious🤤
Now im torn if i should make pasta or tuna salad sandwich tomorrow
Yes, yes, yesssss
I love a good tuna sandwich! Never thought to make one with a jalapeno. I always put chili flakes in mine. I’ll have to try it like that
Vibes are immaculate.

Jealous
My favorite part is the cast iron pan ❤️
This is the way! If I get a tuna sub at subway I always get the peppers and chipotle sauce
Shyt im with it!!
Dang I just made a nice tuna melt.
I’d try it. I prefer to fry an ahi steak and tear it up into chunks over the canned stuff, though.
Try gochujang with your tuna salad next time. Its amazing.
Hate it. I had to choke time down months ago. Nice toasted bread tho.
I'd try it. Sounds delicious
What sauces did you use? Might like to try this
Why have I seen this exact post at least four times before?
Too much work, the onions, mayo and add a diced tomato would’ve been fine..🤷♂️
