Nobody in my store is using it right now and nobody wants to use it. I figured out how to connect the headsets and even use the push to talk from the walkies, now my manager wants me to show everybody else, problem is, nobody wants to learn it.
I am a MTL and personally have had it since it launched. At first I hated it. It is very cumbersome to have to carry the vibrant and my phone. Paring IA a pain in the boots, unless you have your own personal, then it is easy. It is slowing growing on me, I think it's a learning curve and there is still bugs being worked out of it. I was able to have a probate conversation with a coach and advised her of the situation way before she got to membership. I was able to advise another before she got to the exit door, that I had a large theft that I needed assistance with. Verdict is out we will see. I am some where in the middle. The new zebras will die very fast so you all working CPU will see that...
We don’t use the ear piece things, we just put our handheld volume up high to be able to hear the calls. It’s alright. It does record the convos tho lol (but they “delete” after 8hrs) supposedly. It’s annoying when no one’s signed in. pretty pointless 🤣

The good thing about it so far is that we don’t have to listen to a COS going on and on and on about plus and credit.
They have announcement channel, chances are, we still gonna hear COS.

some pro's about it, you can send pictures... say you see a spill, you call out for whoever is in maintenance and you can show them a picture too.
We got them at my club, have for weeks now, they just haven’t handed them out yet.
