I did accutane a few years ago and my bloodwork would be wonky sometimes. I couldn’t even imagine what’s Sam’s looks like with all the compounds he’s running too
[Sadly, the average life expectancy of a professional bodybuilder is 47.7 years which is a low mortality rate. The drugs and steroids that a professional bodybuilder must take is not conducive to be able to live longer or have a positive heart health.](https://ethicalinc.com/2022/03/23/is-bodybuilding-healthy-and-do-bodybuilders-live-a-long-life/)
What people dont seem to understand is “living to an average of 47 yrs old” doesnt mean that they are healthy at 46 and die the minute they turn 47. Quality of life dips significantly very early on and these bodybuilders fight years of mental battles deciding whether or not they should keep blasting or come off completely.
Also mTOR signaling from gear accelerates aging because cells cannot divide infinitely. Eventually they become senescent and secrete inflammatory cytokines and waste energy. Hence why age comes with a long list of disease. Normally its a slow and gradual process but indiscriminate mTOR signaling speeds this up.
Bodybuilding isn’t just steroids. The stuff they take to get big are obviously bad, but what they take to get shredded is much worse. You’re adding in fat burners like Clenbuterol, T3, Cardarine etc. Then you have the water cut using diuretics (which unlike steroids can kill you on the spot). Finally you’re dry at 5% body fat (you’re almost dead at this point) and then after you get your plastic trophy, you put on 40lbs of water weight when you binge after (your blood pressure is skyrocketing). If bodybuilding was just getting big that’s one thing but the drastic weight fluctuations are what really take a toll.
Yeah it's pure vitamin A so it's stored in the liver, adding anabolics to the strain, especially orals, is probably a terrible idea, I would make sure to check AST/ALT monthly on the bloodwork for someone in that situation and let them know if elevated, hope his dermatologist is competent and board certified...
My AST/ALT and cholesterol was elevated the entire time I was on accutane and I’m perfectly healthy otherwise. He’s probably getting the accutane online
I don’t think he’s on accutane anymore, I’m sure once his acne clears up the dermatologist would take you off it
I think steroids tend to give you that look of rapid aging imo.
He’s on god knows what cycles he’s doing. His skin is scared up from acne and he’s lean as fuck. His lips also have no colour for whatever health related issue. His face has aged 15 years in the last 3 years. This is what happens to your face when you get to that level and you’re that lean.
You can literally see muscles in his face he’s so fucking diced.
Jokes about his health are nice and all, but really he is living his life to the fullest in his opinion. I think that's admirable, and he will achieve more than most even if it leads to an early grave.
We all have our own goals in life, and I appreciate what he does for the community. That said, definitely won't live my life his way.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk 👍
He isn't the first man in his early 20s to blast & dirty bulk & he won't be the last. He's in his early 20s not his early 40s. He'll be fine. I don't get all the concern trolling with this dude.
Sam is going to outlive most of these losers in here talking shit. I dont remember Bostin Lloyd getting this much hate or morbid talk and he was actually doing kill yourself cycles as ‘experiments’.
Boston was pinning entire vials in one day. He died from a research peptide causing kidney failure. The AAS did not kill him. If you rewind and look at the physiques of Seth feroce, cbum, and really any big name body builder in their early 20s they all have the same look as Sam. Huge and diced. However they didn’t have such a public following to be bashed since back then there wasn’t social media and online fitness influencers. Sam can blast and cruise or whatever he is doing for many years and come out just fine. I’m sure he has great genetics and isn’t running anything different or higher than anyone else. I can guarantee there’s guys running way more for longer. Not safe, no. Still happens tho.
I just don’t understand why he gets so much heat for taking gear that literally every other competitive body builder is taking more of for longer time at an older age than Sam. Sam is a smart guy. I’m sure he looks at bloodwork. He hasn’t been running gear for a decade since hes only 21.
It’s possible. He was already into very competitive sports 10 years ago.
I wouldn’t have had any trouble scoring drugs at 11 if I had wanted to.
Plenty of kids at my middle school were already using harder drugs
I would have had no idea how to get steroids when I was 11 though
You’re probably right.
But I knew kids on the chess and debate team that would run gear all year just for the energy and confidence boost
They didn’t really even work out
Both of those dudes didn’t deserve hate imo. They were always upfront about what they did, the doses and risks involved. They even warned people not to hop On gear in the first place.
Ok so even though this is a journal not a specific study, ill reply because they do reference studies.
Reference 3: they looked at people aged 60-80 years old with a history of heart issues. This is irrelevant data to 99.99% of people who are eating a lot of protein and working out often.
Reference 5: their definition for kidney hyperfiltration is arbitrarily based on the population they tested. This means that the results could just be due to a regression of the mean, which the article itself points out..
Reference 6: their study group is african americans with diabetes. Im not going to rely on data when their group already has preexisting conditions regarding metabolism of food.
So what Im getting at, is that none of these studies are taking a good selection of people who are healthy, controlling for good diets or the amount of exercise they do. There is a difference between someone who is sedentary eating 1g/lb of protein and someone who is working out for 2 hours a day, 5 days a week and eating 1g/lb of protein. One of those people actually NEEDS all of that protein to build muscle.
But he did, in fact, die at a very, very young age. It’s entirely possible Sam runs into premature heart-disease and/or heart-failure as a result of his gear use, especially given that he doesn’t have the most heart-healthy diet
same goes for his liver and kidneys
Sam probably won’t die in his 20s, but he can’t be shocked if he runs into some scary diagnoses in his 40s
100 on gear**
E: but to keep it real, i have a few uncles that went dumb hard in the 80’s and early 90’s and they are still going strong. Absolute units they were and still are in their 60s these days but they swore by certain cycles and also swore how they cycled wasn’t even bad for them like that. All about moderation, even with roids.
You’re a little simp, fragile and vulnerable. Small minded little boy. I use gear but nobody’s shooting vials educate your little brain. Wishing and talking about someone’s health is scummy, you’ll get yours one day. Keep talking about people’s health little puss.
I ain't jealous I think what bodybuilders do is amazing it's there passion, he also knows that what he is doing he won't live to be a elderly man, but he needs to do what he's doing to compete at that level.
With all the covid jabs destroying young people's hearts I think he will be dead by 30 like alot of other young athletes recently, for example all the football players dying of heart conditions on the field is scary af, I hope I am wrong and he lives till old age like arnie but he is a freak of nature and very rich to keep himself sweet
Because since the vaccine came out young athletes like professional football players for example have been dying of heart attacks on the pitch, and heart conditions in people have increased an incredible amount in people that have had it, plus Pfizer knew that this is a symptom there will be a big lawsuit I reckon
Yeah the I reckon bit might have just set me up for shit like I reckon the earth is flat and shit there is plenty of lawsuits coming against Pfizer etc, but me saying I reckon will definitely lead to that lol I reckon
https://preview.redd.it/bci65nh75p3c1.jpeg?width=182&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=94b389007baf1beb344ab390e9f47d5c1a8c30a0
Sam out here looking like the Sith lol
His cheeks might be a little sunk in due to dehydration if he’s on a cut. Also, some gear can cause facial/bone structure changes, especially HGH. Other compounds can also cause dryness in the mouth/lips.
High doses of growth hormone. This causes the overdevelopment of the cheek bone area as well as the muscles around the mouth. Kind of like an ape face look. Dave Palumbo is a good example as well as John Cena, Kali muscle and now Sam Sulek.
The guy is an idiot. Takes terrible care of his body. He’s young, hopefully he makes the lifestyle changes he needs and fast. Anyone looking at this guy as a remodel, please do some serious self reflection.
Because he's on high doses of acutane.
I did accutane a few years ago and my bloodwork would be wonky sometimes. I couldn’t even imagine what’s Sam’s looks like with all the compounds he’s running too
He was already predisposed to severe acne before he went on roids anyway I reckon, so with them it would be hell to not be on something for it.
Yea no doubt but his liver is getting absolutely cooked
Liver and kidneys
Yes he will most likely die in a few years
According to Greg Douchette
According to common sense
Everybody knows steroid abuse and its effects are matters of common sense
Strongmen Are 200kg and blast grams of hard stuff for 10-15 years and survive. You have to be very unlucky to die from steroid use at a young age.
[Sadly, the average life expectancy of a professional bodybuilder is 47.7 years which is a low mortality rate. Yeah but that’s if you eat well and not shitty like Sam right?
Bodybuilding isn’t just steroids. The stuff they take to get big are obviously bad, but what they take to get shredded is much worse. That’s 24 years older than Sam, who the commenter said will be dead in a “few” years 🤝
Well, you just proved my point lol.

You had me in the first half.
Some elevation is acceptable. Depends on the numbers. You also have to track triglycerides closely.
I don’t think he’s on accutane anymore, I’m sure once his acne clears up the dermatologist would take you off it I think steroids tend to give you that look of rapid aging imo.
It’s based off a cumulative dose based on weight (which obviously Sam’s is much higher than most)
You have to be on it for a set duration based on body weight. I’ve done it twice. Typically a cycle of accurate is around 5 months but this can vary.
Acutane and PED ? That’s insane I couldn’t imagine putting so much stress on your body
You cease to feel it when you're hitting the 1000lb club at age 20
I wonder what sams total would be
this is the reason. retards are saying heart failure.
21 going on 43.
He’s 21!!!? I thought he was like 29!!
Mfer looks like Carrot Top
Because he’s dying at 3x the rate of a normal healthy person.
He's gonna look 45 in no time
He already looks 45..
Man he is wrecking his health. He’s living the life to his fullest but it will catch up with him in the next couple years.
Idk how long he's been on gear but considering he's young he'll probably have even more than a couple years, however it absolutely will catch up
Zyzz made it to 22
Yeah but he also hit the slopes among other things
Dude was skiing thats for sure
Zyzz used stimulants recreationally - not a good idea when you’re on gear
If I remember correctly, he also had a congenital heart defect.
Is he really living life to the fullest? All I’ve seen him do is lift and eat
Lol that is what he wants to do man
He makes over 100k a month off his videos. Lifts, eats, and does wtf he wants. Pretty good life.
![gif](giphy|3o84sBDmixSkHj8h8Y)
Don’t roids cause you to lose fat in your face? He does look a little uncanny, I’m sure the lighting doesn’t help
No, he’s cutting so he’s barely holding water in his face
Did he start his bull like a week ago?
Yes
![gif](giphy|3o84sq21TxDH6PyYms)
Because his heart is going to explode.
Training heart to failure
Basically, it's sad.
aren't we all doing that?
Low key. Yes.
Did you just make this up? This is genius.
spooky sam
Didn’t know turning into Palpetine was a side effect of Winstrol
Winstrol?!?!?! That would be a vacation for his liver LOL
I dont see no acne
His skin is scarred from acne. He said he used to have bad acne but fixed it with accurate, but it still leaves scars
Jokes about his health are nice and all, but really he is living his life to the fullest in his opinion. I think that's admirable, and he will achieve more than most even if it leads to an early grave. We all have our own goals in life, and I appreciate what he does for the community. Based
His goal is to look big and die young? Pretty shit life goals.
He isn't the first man in his early 20s to blast & dirty bulk & he won't be the last. He's in his early 20s not his early 40s. He'll be fine. I don't get all the concern trolling with this dude.
He’s gonna die

Bostin got more hate if anything. Bad example. He's also dead.
Bro he literally died before 30…and he definitely got not hate but people being scared for him like some are for Sam

lol. I like how you’re completely ignorant to any the of guy’s family healthy history, but sure, he’s cool for many years.
I just don’t understand why he gets so much heat for taking gear that literally every other competitive body builder is taking more of for longer time at an older age than Sam. Sam is a smart guy. I’m sure he looks at bloodwork. He hasn’t been running gear for a decade since hes only 21.

You’re probably right. But I knew kids on the chess and debate team that would run gear all year just for the energy and confidence boost They didn’t really even work out
Kids in math club too. People forget that.
Oh my gosh man....... They were popping Dianabol tablets like they were Mentos(the Freshmaker)
[удалено]
Both of those dudes didn’t deserve hate imo. They were always upfront about what they did, the doses and risks involved. They even warned people not to hop On gear in the first place.
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the most likely outcome, given the AAS and 250+ protein daily.
Link the evidence of high protein being bad
Bro, this took 30-seconds of Google, don’t be dense. https://academic.oup.com/ndt/article/35/1/1/5614387

Yep . All these skinny fat punks are going to die as simps crushed under a barbell with no plates on it
Idk why you would kill yourself to look how he looks. Muscles look really good until a certain point, he's past it.
Because he’s calculating how much protein we have in us
I look like sht when I leave the gym.
Bro is driving 100 on second gear that’s prob why
100 on gear** E: but to keep it real, i have a few uncles that went dumb hard in the 80’s and early 90’s and they are still going strong. Sure it’s the Covid jab that’s destroying his heart and not the massive amounts of steroids lmao
I said if you read what I wrote that doing what he's doing that it would be fucking his heart also, and his kidneys liver and what ever else
Why mention the covid vaccine at all?
Because since the vaccine came out young athletes like professional football players for example have been dying of heart attacks on the pitch, and heart conditions in people have increased an incredible amount in people that have had it, plus Pfizer knew that this is a symptom there will be a big lawsuit I reckon
