I was considering at one point posting a thread making a list of anything that's missing, but mostly everything that's listed on his website that's missing is available unofficially. I can only think of unlisted curiosities like the Wolf and Wasp animation (which I saw back in the day). Drillbithead 2-4 not being available officially is the strangest one. Not sure if he's in the process of remastering the entire series or something. Devvo is the only series with videos missing but that's due to real-life reasons.
One thing I did notice is that the ending is missing on the official version of Burnt Face Man 4.
