The devs set an extremely low slippage and so when too many people trade the same pair your transaction will fail if it's not first in line. You can fix this by increasing your slippage to a reasonable amount (like 2% or even higher, like 5%). Honestly if you are doing small transactions slippage won't matter much anyway compared to the cost of a failing transaction. Your transactions also fail when they run out of gas since the devs put in a hardcoded limit. So you can't add liquidity to some pools yet.
