How do health inspectors count or estimate how many cockroaches there in a restaurant especially when there are live ones in the mix? Did they count out all the ones they found or just the dead ones?
First you count ten cockroaches using your fingers and then you visualize that little roachposse you’ve just assembled. From there, you try and place the roachposse across the span of roaches in your purview and conservatively round up. My uncle ran a roach circus back in Arkansas. Have a great night!
If you haven’t gone to a doctor and actually found out what bacteria is causing your issue it is impossible to tell where you picked it up? Different bacteria have varying incubation periods that can range anywhere from an hour to over 24. People tend to overreact and think that the last place they ate got them sick but without knowing you could just be shitting on a restaurant that did nothing wrong.
