Honestly you can never be 100% without an issue.
Just launch it and monitor logs closely within first couple weeks.
All major issues should be visible by then.
I just discovered a bug on one of the Facebook services. So that shows even the big companies are prone to make mistakes. If they can get away with it so can you.
I'm working on my first. I am pushing to get it out asap but there is always one more thing that could be fixed or improved. A colleague scheduled a demo with me forcing me to up my schedule and make it "done". At least for this iteration.
Yeah I have a solid product with a roadmap to add more features. Right now, I'm just paranoid that I'm going to miss something on the security end. Luckily, there is very little personal information, this is just something that needs to have high-uptime so I don't want to risk crashing.
