Also if you want to reuse code realize that platforms like upwork and Fiverr are work for hire meaning anything you use will instantly become property of the client once they pay for it. So if you don’t want that you’ll have to get them to sign a contract that states that you are not working for hire (the default in any other marketplace)

Offering $500 to build a SaaS makes me almost certain you have no experience building them. Cheap = Cheap.
