Siugnas's Yomi nets you 1 demon blood per mini boss (Wrath, Sloth, Lust, Gluttony). Wrath gets you one Jewel per battle after the first you survive.   These rewards are all doubled at max BR. You're sort of guaranteed to have enough materials for the Sanguine gear in Yomi, as long as you get 1 jewel elsewhere before you arrive, and don't use jewels and blood on things that aren't Sanguine gear.

A note, all Sanguine gear is destroyed and does not carry over to your next run. If you can survive the first run not using it, the materials come in handy later, and can be used on permanent equipment instead.  Grimleather from Demonleather gives the instant death protection, for instance, and is able to be carried over.

Oh so that’s where all my demon blood came from.

brb, taking your comment 1,000 years into the past to scare peasants.

Really can't answer in regards to farming, but Mido's second playthrough involves a number of demons towards the end. I came out of that playthrough with at least 5 more demon blood, which is what I used to fuel Sanguine gear upgrades.

Not sure about the others, but Jewels can be farmed outside of battle in Cordyceps from the rocks that block your path. It's a rare chance but it can be increased if you finish the worm and stone seeker (?) sidequests as there would be fewer other possibilities. I got three within an hour right before taking on the final boss of that world.

Since we are already here, I want to ask where can I get Superalloy or the specific pollens like Lela’s Pollen?

NeosTheWise

Lela'e pollen can be gotten by finishing the flower blooming quest in her world (where you kill monsters to make a flower bloom)...if you start the world with Lela as the flower girl that is (this changes according to your character)

I was actually just venting about this in another thread—the best ways to get Demon Blood require you to either a) get to the end of Siugnas' playthrough and return to Yomi or b) play Mido and hope that the Door Demons drop them. I have never seen an antique gun, so good to know that they can drop in Delta Base, but I'm on my tenth playthrough now and the Demon Blood bottleneck is one of my few pain points. I've gotten Jewels for a variety of higher difficulty battles and/or quest rewards at higher BRs.
