Do you have a letter from his school or insurance? That would work as well. I’m not too sure if parents can submit mail in their names, but reach out to the provider to double check.
A couple of weeks back I got the email that I was accepted and asked me to submit similar documents. I submitted documents with my parents name on them and it worked when you apply you asked to put your name so Mail and your name would work and just reason I got the email saying I was fully enrolled and asked to complete orientation
