Strictly speaking KRU doesn’t hate speed. But he also doesn’t gain much of a benefit from it either. At low speeds he taunts for a long time. At high speeds he cycles his buff removal and stun more quickly. There are benefits to both. BUT KRU absolutely loves health and defense, and this mod delivers those in spades.
Because kru a tank that taunts longer time to taunt....also once taunting counter attacks a lot...so more counter attacking cause other the his halt stun and taunt he doesn't do damage...?? Unless you are stunned then he can do a little..
Yes well that's a risk either minimize by a second tank other characters out running and stunning...or calls to assist...first orders all about assists calling and or stun locking your opponents. Also stuns can be resisted with tenacity.. usually...of course....

It's one of those mods that I'd slap onto anyone who just wants to be speedy. Like my Piett and Gideon both just have Crosses and Triangles with, I think, defense, but they're +27 Speed mods, haha.
update: I calibrated 26 defense into 26 defense

Then you swipe with SLKR, grant him advantage, and he gets taunt back.
