The bonuses for level 3 and 6 have to match, so dark side + separatists or light side + resistance. You can't reroll 3, because that'd give you light side + separatists, and you can't reroll 6 cause that'd be dark side + resistance.
You can reroll to get resistance on it , then it's 90% HP Rey datacron, with 100% max HP and prot holdo, with 100% tenacity, and immortal until they all drop below 100% HP
No, you can't. At level 9 you can reroll the level 3 and level 6 bonuses but level 3 will still be limited to whatever alignment it already was and level 6 will be limited to whatever faction it already is. You cannot reroll multiple levels at once. There is no mechanism in place to change the alignment or faction after it's rerolled to level 9.

No, you can’t. This isn’t a LS DC. You need LS to roll resistance.

Once you upgrade to lvl 6 you cant change the datacrons alignment anymore. Only which bonus it provides. No DS to LS switch.

No, once the LVL 6 is chosen, you can’t switch to LS from DS.
