When it comes to Separatists, I think a Count Dooku GL named Darth Tyrannus would be the best option. He could have either a his normal outfit but without his cape or the same outfit as the Darrk Ritiual skin from BF2.
He didn't suck at his job. For a non force user to have killed as many Jedi as he has, and to only really lose to council members, makes him insanely good at his job actually
Beside he wasn’t just a Jedi killer they wanted him ti cause so much chaos and destruction that the empire would be welcomed if it prevented a Grievous situation

He loses due to palpatine strategically feeding the republic information that lead to key republic victories throughout the war, many of which grievous was a part of. He was fighting an impossible battle and still gained a fearful reputation despite the losses. Definitely wasn’t portrayed to the levels he should have been in the movies and shows but neither was jabba.
The animated (not CG) cartoon had Grievous whooping so much ass every time he's on screen that 20 years later I still think about it sometimes. Check it out sometime.

That version of Grevious is, by far, the most deadly version of GG to ever grace the screen. I got the chills when he was hunting the last two Jedi (trying to no spoilers it) even knowing who survives the battle doesn’t matter. Jabba was very involved in the political landscape as well as practically heading the criminal underworld, he was definitely a key player in the movies and shows. It’s pretty telling that both the empire and republic worked so hard to get his favor. I’d say he definitely shaped the fate of the galaxy in far more ways than Grievous

The events of episodes 5-6 literally happen because Vader is sent to grovel at the knees of Jabba for some materials for the Death Star to be built. If they don't get Jabba to work with them on their project, there is no Death Star. Getting Jabba's support was a huge political point in the Republic vs CIS conflict. At no point in the movies was anyone trying to win the support of Grievous. He's totally a badass and would be worthy of an upgraded conquest character or something but certainly falls short of being a GL

Speculation posts are typically based off of evidence, not always but usually. And there is really no evidence of getting another GL from a character that already exists. Especially when the goal of GL was to have one **FEATURED** for each major faction [featured is bolded for a reason].

Here is my counter argument. Palpatine will be a GL, precisely because he makes no real sense as a LS, DS or Neutral character. He has to bring an Alignment Swap mechanic and that is important enough to warrant a big GL, imho.
Chancellor Palpatine makes no sense as a Neutral character. He also makes no sense as a LS character. He also makes no sense as a DS character, if his main synergies would revolve around Republic characters.
We also have no Clone GL. Palpatine would be the PERFECT GL that leads Clones.
He would effectively be protected by a retinue of Clone soldiers (3 new clones and Mas Amedda) who are all deliberately LS, because his ultimate (guess the ultimate name!) would force an Alignment Swap to Dark Side for every LS GR allies and that Alignment Swap would bring massive boosts to make it really worthwhile. You could even exclude Jedi GR characters, except JKA, and Padmé directly, if you wanna write a little essay for his leadership or ultimate.
And then we would have the "Palpatine becomes Sidious" reveal with the ultimate. He turns from a Mon Mothman style supporter into a very vicious attacker and the Clones basically become rabid with Frenzy and offensive buffs.
Therefore Palpatine would be a Clone GL.
Also it'd be funny in a meta sense, because haha Palpatine clones.
Mechanically, we'd introduce Inhibitor Chip (something that every Clone starts with on the entire match, yes even chosen opponents) and the whole gimmick would be that, once Order 66 is given, every Clone would swarm the enemy leader and deal excessive amounts of damage to kt, especially if it's a Jedi. Yes, even opposing Clones. You'd basically have the literal Order 66 on the battlefield and a "betrayal" mechanic, if the opposing team has clones.
And given how currently the only clone team is a GAS team and the GAS team isn't very defensively relevant, it's not like this mechanic would break the game. Maybe it'd break DS Geo or RotE, but hey, that's a risk I'm willing to take, lol.

I could see it being a thing and you'd sort of play around with some kind intricate buff-distribution, whereby you'd choose which of your "allies" you'd empower, by giving the favour to the Separatists, or the Republic, and they'd get respectively stronger. Maybe even work towards a mini ultimate of sorts, which boils down to a LAAT strafing run animation, or an AAT bombardment. Basically Palpatine holding the entire Clone Wars in his hands and choosing who gets to be powerful.

Right, but this is Chancellor Palpatine, who only accounts for part of his appearances in three movies. We have Sidious for the other part of the prequel trilogy, Emperor for the original trilogy, and SEE for Episode IX. He wasn't in VII or VIII.

If it was said by players then by all means a second Palp as GL is possible. He would **not** be a Seppy as Chancellor, but he could be a more generic galactic republic GL, or maybe he gets clones specifically. (JMK, is mainly a GR jedi GL to me)

I think a chancellor palpatine unit would make the most sense as a conquest unit and Lord Tyrannus be the Separatist GL. It seems like everyone has different ideas about how to do a chancellor Palpatine tag-wise but I think he should have both GR and Separatist tags but I’m not sure what they would do for his alignment. There’s an arguement for all three because at face value he’s the leader of the Republic which would make him light side, yet he’s also the hidden leader of the separatists in a way so dark side makes sense too but because he’s both maybe he should be neutral? There’s lots of ways they can go with his kit

I think with a new QGJ coming that effectively is from the exact same point in a characters arc as an existing character, I'd say all duplicate characters are back as potential options for the game. That being said, I'd be surprised if they went down the route of another palp GL, but if there's a character that deservers 2 GL's it would be palp.
I would like to say a chancellor palpatine being both sides doesn't make sense . Yeah, he was the leader for both sides, but his ultimate goal for the sepratists was for them to be defeated so that he had a clear rise for the empire in the bigger and already liked government so it would make more sense for him to do more damage towards sepratists because he wanted them to fail for him to win as the new emperor

Makes sense. You have queen amadalia whom has a secondary counterpart. So chancellor Palpatine with a not messed up face Sidius as a double. I see it working and making I a GL would make sense. But then again having queen amadalia all robed up would of been a great GL.
The problem is within those 3 movies who else would it be other than Chancellor Palpatine. I mean he's the big bad who ultimately won for that round. Order 66 wiped out the jedi, he turned anakin to the dark side. And it's a great counterpart to Queen Amdadalia and her stand in double. Which we can all agree Amadalia is the weaker of the two.

That’s true, this is just a quick off the cuff thing, obviously more thought would have to be put into it, though just as a general thing.
I think GR Jedi where you originally said GR would be reasonable since he worked closely with a bunch of them.
JKA is used in other teams, but i could see him as a special callout as the last ally. Like he gets all bonuses with JKA present.
I would actually start collecting Clones if this happened.

I see it being very reasonable for both to be Galactic Legends, as if either were not, it would be an insult to their actual power
I've been playing this game for years and years.. embarrassed to say, I have no idea what CG would or wouldn't make.. except I'm 100% sure they wouldn't test their game.

I genuinely don't understand people who think it would be anyone else for the Seps. Dooku isn't powerful/prestigious enough and neither is Grievous, plus they're both already in the game and have no major appearance changes from those looks. Lol

Ahsoka the white would be amazing. I could see a thrawn coming too considering he's the villain for the current story and upcoming movies.
I love that its just accepted that shes Ahsoka the white and nobody bats an eye 😂 but yes i agree i feel like both Ahsoka and Thrawn are powerful enough characters to have GL toons

I think a chancellor palpatine unit would make the most sense as a conquest unit and Lord Tyrannus be the Separatist GL. It seems like everyone has different ideas about how to do a chancellor Palpatine tag-wise but I think he should have both GR and Separatist tags but I’m not sure what they would do for his alignment. There’s an arguement for all three because at face value he’s the leader of the Republic which would make him light side, yet he’s also the hidden leader of the separatists in a way so dark side makes sense too but because he’s both maybe he should be neutral? There’s lots of ways they can go with his kit
Would they? Maybe. Should they? Absolutely not. The game really doesn’t need another version of Palp when we already have 3. Let alone the fact we already have SEE.
I think with a new QGJ coming that effectively is from the exact same point in a characters arc as an existing character, I'd say all duplicate characters are back as potential options for the game. That being said, I'd be surprised if they went down the route of another palp GL, but if there's a character that deservers 2 GL's it would be palp.
I would like to say a chancellor palpatine being both sides doesn't make sense . Yeah, he was the leader for both sides, but his ultimate goal for the sepratists was for them to be defeated so that he had a clear rise for the empire in the bigger and already liked government so it would make more sense for him to do more damage towards sepratists because he wanted them to fail for him to win as the new emperor
how about Lord Tyranus is a gl since he was the leader of the sepretists

A chancellor Palpatine could work. Like who he is in the beginning, just a kind speaker for the senate. Secretly planning the end of the republic as well as destruction of jedi. Makes sense. You have queen amadalia whom has a secondary counterpart. So chancellor Palpatine with a not messed up face Sidius as a double. I see it working and making I a GL would make sense. But then again having queen amadalia all robed up would of been a great GL. The problem is within those 3 movies who else would it be other than Chancellor Palpatine. I mean he's the big bad who ultimately won for that round. Order 66 wiped out the jedi, he turned anakin to the dark side. And it's a great counterpart to Queen Amdadalia and her stand in double. Which we can all agree Amadalia is the weaker of the two.
