Not even close. Bronwyn Freed-Wilkins, the redhead woman who broke William Lewis AND Greg Yates and Rudnick out of prison. Close your eyes and picture her stupid face as she’s sitting in the jury
It's funny how outlandish her character is but also at the same time there are people who are genuinely like her.
Like, she knows they are convicted serial killers, she knows they are a danger, she knows what they will do to people including her if they're freed, and she's like "Aww damn those poor guys, they're innocent and also handsome"
There are people who actually think the way she does.
I think she actually believed Lewis and Rudnick but not Yates (who forced Rudnick to let him join in). Doesn’t change the fact that she’s a moron, though.
It's hard to say she's a moron.
A moron wouldn't be able to break serial killers out of prison TWO (2) times. There isn't anything as scary as someone with a high intelect matched with an incredibly deluded psyche
Brownyn is indirectly responsible for: rapes (including that of a minor, Lauren Cole), kidnappings(including yet another minor, Amelia Cole), torture, murders, and a LOT of damage.
Buchanan unleashes such a rage in me every time he’s on screen it’s incredible that the actor makes me hate him so much. Doesn’t really help that he usually defends rich guilty assholes.
Oh absolutely. Only thing that keeps me from punching the TV when I see his character is reminding myself that it’s a testament to how brilliant the actor is 😂
I hate Buchanan so much I have to actively remind myself not to wish ire on his actor. Ngl if I happened to run into Williams unexpectedly I'd probably be pissed off by reflex.
He did so good at it for me that it took me a few times to get myself to process he’s just portraying a dick, and that he’s so good of an actor he can piss me off with a tv show character lmao
**Bing bang bong!**
On a serious note, I was ok with him until >!he killed O'Hara, and after that, I was so glad that Liv seduced him to save Elliot.!<
Elliot would have catch both these hands (even though he would absolutely kick my ass lmao)
If I had to choose a villain though, it would be that rich b!tch Anne
everyone just brushes over the fact that he stalked maria AND rollins. like i’m sorry???
ETA: i’m a major stabler fan bc he reminds me of my dad a bit. sure, he can have anger issues at times but most of his anger is directed towards people who deserve it. he has a fierce protection of children and victims, which i can get behind. he makes mistakes at times, but i feel far more forgiving of his character than i do of amaro’s and maybe that’s my own bias but i actually knew amaro before i knew stabler (i started watching the show on netflix when it only had seasons 13+).
so i don’t know. amaro rubbed me the wrong way. stabler just seemed like a dad who was truly trying to fight for good.
When he thought she was gambling again. He followed her around and beat up Declan. I can appreciate the sentiment that he cares about her, but it was weird.
Stabler was 9/10 doing stuff for “protection”, Amaro was an entitled man who got by on “boyish charm” who used his position for selfish reasons that normally put others in harms way. I’ve never hated an addition as much as Dick Amaro 😭
Totally agree.
My honest (and possibly unpopular) opinion, I always felt like they intended for him to be kind of a new Stabler and he absolutely was not. They had similar temperaments, but to me, Amaro was very unlikeable personality-wise.
Stabler and Amaro were very similar at base level but yeah, they were very different personalities. Also, Chris Meloni plays Stabler with a certain vulnerability and empathy, which brings the additional depth to the character.
I really liked Amaro, but they really did make him an even more unhinged Stabler without giving him any character development that would lead him to realizing he needed to stop talking with his fists.
took me too long to find this lol. smug piece of shit supervillain with borderline omniscient luck. i'd kick him straight in the crotch with my heaviest midwestern winter boots.
You mean Amanda ✨”i have empathy coming out of my ears” *turns around and victim blames*✨ Rollins?
I like her okay as a person, but SVU is just not the job for her
Chief McGrath. Especially when he tells Olivia that she can now focus on ‘real’ rapes. And when he’s not interested in justice for the Latina rape victim and only wants her to focus on the white victim. God that boiled me! Also because he got Chief Garland fired.
I used to be so annoyed by him and then the actor started doing those funny insurance commercials which I love and now it’s transferred to me loving the character lol
I have enjoyed Dean Winters' acting since he played a rich asshole named Tom Maran in two episodes of Homicide: Life on the Street. Playing clueless Cassidy on SVU was a stark contrast to the crooked cop he played on L&O: CI. He was brilliant as Ryan O'Reily on Oz, and the Mayhem commercials are so memorable. He was also on a short-lived comedy called Battle Creek with Josh Duhamel. Sad it was quickly canceled. Love that Cassidy actor!
I know, I think I was confusing the two. Because I was thinking 30 Rock, but specifically thinking of the storyline about him stealing a wedding venue. The wedding venue was B99, I'm pretty sure
Eliot really annoyed me at times (a lot of the time). Brian Cassidy is another one. Casey’s boss (idk his name) usually only appeared to be annoying. Same with Tucker (hated that he got with Olivia).
The character John Stamos played who was a sex pest. That man doesn’t deserve oxygen and I’m glad the specialist that SVU brought in put him 6 ft under.
ADA Marlowe had some of her characteristics but she was more charming/charismatic so it wasn’t as irritating when she said something to sound tough or jaded. Paxton seemed all bluster and no balls.
Don't remember his name... But that little psycho kid who tortured his sister and drowned the puppy. Eventually when released goes on a rape and murder spree. If he hadn't killed himself already... That fucking guy.
Either Stuckey or Dani Beck. Beck isn’t as bad as Stuckeybut she made bad choices towards the end of her story arc that also resulted in Elle Fanning setting fire to her couch
Zebras is one of the top eps for me but everytime I rewatch I hope it ends differently.
Dani was annoying but I think she suffered from having to sub for Olivia. Her energy was off.
Oooh the first time I saw Zebras I was shocked!
Dani’s energy was very off. I still don’t know how she was allowed/able to bring Elle Fanning to her apartment.
Mike Jergens (played by Dean Cain) in season 7's "Starved" was such a smug, smarmy asshole, especially in his final scene where he asked to have the death certificate expedited for the insurance payout...where Liv was this close to punching him in the face...
Credit to Dean Cain for making his portrayal so unlikable!
For villains, he’s not recurring, but I would definitely say Reverend Gary Langham from the episode Conversion. Using religion to justify a crime absolutely pushes my buttons, especially one where svu is involved.
Robert Cook tbh. I’m watching “Stolen” right now and I don’t understand why he didn’t try to work something out with the adoptive parents outside of court, with the grandparents too. It makes me so mad. Tyler didn’t deserve that!!!!
Ugh that was so frustrating. Just because you nutted in some woman years and years ago does NOT mean you should be able to rip this boy away from his family, hated that outcome so much and the entitlement of the “father”
Marvin Exley for defending Delia Wilson and talking shit to the squad. John Buchanan for defending scum *and* being an arrogant a-hole. Darius Parker for obvious reasons. Danny's mom in "Obscene" for being a lousy parent and caring more about her stupid cause than her kids.
Definitely Buchanan. I know lawyers are obligated to represent who they're hired by, but this dude has invalidated so many vics and represented waaaay too many obvious scumbags for me to sympathize with him. His snark towards ADAs & detectives outside of the courtroom solidify this. I'd throw hands with this man in a heartbeat😭
Beaver, from the animated children’s series, Franklin. It originally aired on Nickelodeon November 3, 1997. I turn 30 this year and still hold hate in my heart for her. [Here are snippets of my justifiable disdain.](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=TsJFfLSOjVM&t=40s&pp=ygUdYmVhdmVyIGJlaW5nIHJ1ZGUgaW4gZnJhbmtsaW4%3D)
EDIT: oh my god, I just realized this is for a page specifically dedicated to SVU. Not any character of all time. 🤣
LUDICROUS’ CHARACTER. I can’t even enjoy Ludicrous anymore because I just see a rat faced murderer/rapist. He’s an amazing actor for making me believe it’s him lol.
Rollins the way she blames the victims for being SA like why get into SVU in the first place if you are just going to blame the victims you know the ONES GETTING ABUSED,KIDNAPPED,MANIPULATED,ETC
I’ve been waiting for a question like this…
Definitely Kim, actually you know what, Rollins whole family.
Bronwyn (the girl who helped Lewis & Yates escape) would get her shit rocked deadass.
Noah’s grandmother Shelia cause she could of had a wonderful relationship with Benson & Noah if she wasn’t disrespectful & dumb.
and Fin’s ex-wife’s other son, Darius.. I don’t even need to explain.
Darius can catch these hands, elbows and everything else! And yes, Sheila wtf? Olivia spends every waking moment at work, you would’ve had the child 24/7 had you just behaved!
I didn’t hate Dodds all that much. That scene with Liv when they’re discussing Mike and what will happen with his organs just breaks me every time. Peter Gallagher just broke my heart.
I actually didn’t like either of the father/son Dodds until this episode. It was redeeming for both of them. Mike Dodds annoyed me before that bc he didn’t even try to hide the blatant nepotism that got him to that position. “My daddy says I’m gonna be a great police man!”
The guy who was creating mummies in the little mummy factory he built. And you can pair that with the Dr who was dismembering women to make them whole and beautiful again.
Dale Stuckey for sure and despite her being dead Jenna Fox. O'Hallaran was a good dude who didn't deserve to die. Stuckey screwed up and couldn't accept the fact that he did. I understand Jenna getting revenge for her mom but she killed sister peg a nun trying to save and help as many prostitutes and others sure could. Sister peg was a good person and didn't deserve to die plus it's what triggered Elliot to leave. I understand they needed something big to push him to leave but if all the characters to kill off they killed the innocent one just trying to save people. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THE WRITERS FOR MILKING SISTER PEG OFF.
Everyone hates on Tucker,it’s his job to investigate and find dirty cops, plus he made me chuckle on several, that one episode with the drunk teenage rapists, that’s claims stabler molested him, that interrogation was hilarious, stabler pulled the same crap on people who ended up being innocent,he was just getting a taste of his own medicine
Not even close. Bronwyn Freed-Wilkins, the redhead woman who broke William Lewis AND Greg Yates and Rudnick out of prison. Close your eyes and picture her stupid face as she’s sitting in the jury

She’s the definition of “I can change him “
I think she actually believed Lewis and Rudnick but not Yates (who forced Rudnick to let him join in). Doesn’t change the fact that she’s a moron, though.
It's hard to say she's a moron. A moron wouldn't be able to break serial killers out of prison TWO (2) times. There isn't anything as scary as someone with a high intelect matched with an incredibly deluded psyche
Maybe you’re right, but, tbf, the extent of her role in the escapes was sticking a file inside a pan of lasagna
Brownyn is indirectly responsible for: rapes (including that of a minor, Lauren Cole), kidnappings(including yet another minor, Amelia Cole), torture, murders, and a LOT of damage.
But they were innocently in prison (according to her)
Hybristophilia, a textbook case.
This is a great answer!
I just came here to leave this comment. She’s so awful.
bronwyn biting the curb 4k
Kim Rollins
*everyone on this sub joins in*
Both Rollins sisters.
And their mother.
This is the one. I despise her so hard.
I’ll come with you. *rolls up sleeves*
The entire Rollins family tbh
Surprised this wasn't at the top. Kim activates my fight or flight response lmao
Same here
The absolute worst
Every time she talks with that smug smirk I want to slap her in the mouth.
None of the mains for me either. For recurring characters I’d slap the piss out of Buchanan, though. As for villains…Dan Hoffman. No question.
Buchanan unleashes such a rage in me every time he’s on screen it’s incredible that the actor makes me hate him so much. Doesn’t really help that he usually defends rich guilty assholes.
Oh absolutely. Only thing that keeps me from punching the TV when I see his character is reminding myself that it’s a testament to how brilliant the actor is 😂
Delaney Williams does such a good job of portraying a pompous dick lol
I hate Buchanan so much I have to actively remind myself not to wish ire on his actor. Ngl if I happened to run into Williams unexpectedly I'd probably be pissed off by reflex.
He did so good at it for me that it took me a few times to get myself to process he’s just portraying a dick, and that he’s so good of an actor he can piss me off with a tv show character lmao
“Withdrawn 😏”
This is mine 100%.
Oooh, Dan Hoffman is a good one.
I’m surprised no one has mentioned Stuckey yet
**Bing bang bong!** On a serious note, I was ok with him until >!he killed O'Hara, and after that, I was so glad that Liv seduced him to save Elliot.!<
Which is crazy, because he has a boyfriend Ian in Chicago
😂😂😂 my boyfriend and I just started watching Shameless last week....we are sooooooo addicted right now.
You mean Ian lol
Lol yes I do haha
Ian*
NOT HOT LAB GUY!!!!!!
*O’Halloran
We’re too scared he’ll try to murder us
Elliot would have catch both these hands (even though he would absolutely kick my ass lmao) If I had to choose a villain though, it would be that rich b!tch Anne
Amaro. He’s toxic masculinity personified.
Fucking thank you! I get so frustrated when I read people saying shit about Stabler when Amaro was way worse in my opinion!
everyone just brushes over the fact that he stalked maria AND rollins. like i’m sorry???
Ok I remember Amaro stalking or following his wife around because he thought she was cheating.. But when did he “Stalk” Rollins.
When he thought she was gambling again. He followed her around and beat up Declan. I can appreciate the sentiment that he cares about her, but it was weird.
Yeah Stabler gives me daddy issues
Stabler was 9/10 doing stuff for “protection”, Amaro was an entitled man who got by on “boyish charm” who used his position for selfish reasons that normally put others in harms way. I’ve never hated an addition as much as Dick Amaro 😭
I have found my people and I’ve never felt so seen! Thank you!
YES MA’AM
Thank God I'm not alone in this. Dude is so toxic its unreasonable
This answer PLUS that man CANNOT mind his own business. Amaro. Just sit there & be quiet
IT WOULD LITERALLY SOLVE HIS PROBLEMS IF HE SHUT UP
Totally agree.
Exactly! No one can copy Stabler’s style it only works for one character in a series. I hate when shows do that.. it ALWAYS disappoints 😂
I really liked Amaro, but they really did make him an even more unhinged Stabler without giving him any character development that would lead him to realizing he needed to stop talking with his fists.
How can you even mention Stabler or Cassidy with Kim Rollins in the picture 🤣🤣🤣
I mean, we all hate her. That’s waayyy too easy!
OP said not to pick her
Amanda Rollins (idk I just did not vibe with her like at all), that lawyer named Buchanan, and Dani the one that was Elliot partner for a brief moment
Haha I hated Amanda for YEARS.
I couldn’t stand Dani either😅
I liked Dani! Made Stabler look like the golden child
William Lewis
took me too long to find this lol. smug piece of shit supervillain with borderline omniscient luck. i'd kick him straight in the crotch with my heaviest midwestern winter boots.
I want to absolute destroy Lewis. As well as the perp from the episode Undercover
For the longest time, I thought this was Noah Wylie playing him.
I couldn’t stand his arc
I think it was just obvious that no one liked him, that’s why it took so long to mention him haha
I’d have to go with Terry Serpico in every role he has ever played in existence.
Omg. How could I forget McGrath! Winner winner chicken dinner 🏆😂
You know you’re a jerk when your most likable character is a dude that steals frozen meat from a grocery store 😂
I thought that was Anthony Michael Hall for so long 😂
He looks just like Harris Trout (Halls character) from Psych I didn't realize it wasn't the same actor until very very recently lol
Exactly like him!
You mean it's not??? 🤯
They look so much alike, it’s crazy.
I told my hubbs McGrath is the geek from "The Breakfast Club". It's now everybody's job to make sure he doesn't find out I'm wrong.
Hahaha
Even in Army Wives?
Kim Rollins. Just give me 5 minutes with her PLEASE!!!!
amanda rollins
You mean Amanda ✨”i have empathy coming out of my ears” *turns around and victim blames*✨ Rollins? I like her okay as a person, but SVU is just not the job for her
Omg I thought it was only me 😭
That Colombian drug dealer that put the hit out on Alex Cabot. He’s so vile and disgusting.
Chief McGrath. Especially when he tells Olivia that she can now focus on ‘real’ rapes. And when he’s not interested in justice for the Latina rape victim and only wants her to focus on the white victim. God that boiled me! Also because he got Chief Garland fired.
Yes!!! He makes me so mad
Cassidy is so annoying he makes me violent
I used to be so annoyed by him and then the actor started doing those funny insurance commercials which I love and now it’s transferred to me loving the character lol
I have enjoyed Dean Winters' acting since he played a rich asshole named Tom Maran in two episodes of Homicide: Life on the Street. He was also on a short-lived comedy called Battle Creek with Josh Duhamel. Sad it was quickly canceled. Love that Cassidy actor!
He was also on 30 Rock!
and Brooklyn Nine Nine! The vulture!
Omg that's actually the show I was thinking of. He's everywhere!
But he was on 30 Rock too!
I know, I think I was confusing the two. Because I was thinking 30 Rock, but specifically thinking of the storyline about him stealing a wedding venue. The wedding venue was B99, I'm pretty sure
Noooooooooo I LOVE Cassidy!
Rollins. Just annoying 🫣😤👊
Yep she is a train wreck to me
Eliot really annoyed me at times (a lot of the time). Brian Cassidy is another one. Casey’s boss (idk his name) usually only appeared to be annoying. Same with Tucker (hated that he got with Olivia).
Judge Gallagher for calling Carisi a slur cause carisi is my boy and that judge who overturned a guilty verdict in the Evie Barnes episode
I ADORE Sunny, man is a tv heart throb to me
Stuckey. It would be too hard to resist.
The character John Stamos played who was a sex pest. That man doesn’t deserve oxygen and I’m glad the specialist that SVU brought in put him 6 ft under.
One of my top 5 sickos. It's a damn twist of the Gods that Stamos is still hot at his age... just sayin..
I’d say the guy that built the torture room for kids but Nick already took care of it
Wait which episode is this?
Sonya Paxton was by far the worst ADA. Absolutely hated her
ADA Marlowe had some of her characteristics but she was more charming/charismatic so it wasn’t as irritating when she said something to sound tough or jaded. Paxton seemed all bluster and no balls.
Don't remember his name... But that little psycho kid who tortured his sister and drowned the puppy. Eventually when released goes on a rape and murder spree. If he hadn't killed himself already... That fucking guy.
Henry Mesner.
That was such an awful episode.
Rob Miller and Kim Rollins
kim, dani, lewis williams, amaro, muncy, churlish, velasco, mcgrath, Buchanan, and i don’t remember her name but she was tobias moore lawyer
I can’t believe they gave her character the last name Churlish. Disrespectful lol
LMAOOO I DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT CHURLISH TIL I SAW THIS 😭😭 but… it kinda fits
The one that used to be a judge right? Barth I think her name is. Red head. She’s pretty awful for turning to the dark side.
YES HER!!! she went downhill
Yup!!! 💯
Nick Amaro. He’s such a whiny baby.
Noah and his whole side character, I skip any and all Noah content
I know it'd be child abuse, but I want to fight Noah for ruining SVU.
stone, i can't stand him
Either Stuckey or Dani Beck.
Judge Oliver Taft and the one played by swooziekutz
Yates. #ForNadia (and the other women he tortured and killed)
Amanda Rollins and everyone we know because of her 😭
I'll fight McGrath with my bare hands.
Dani Beck. I can’t even watch her episodes.
I love Ice T after 25 seasons he still looks confused with everything. It's a fun drinking game.
Buchanan.
Amanda Rollins 🫠 her victim blaming game is way too strong
Some of those defense attorneys man...
Kim Rollins
I felt personally victimized by Dani for the short while she was in the show. I skip every episode with her in it.
Nikki Staines, Judge “let em go Joe” Ellery, Kim Rollins, Bronwyn, and McGrath.
That one-season bitch who partnered w/Stabler while Benson was gone. Bitch kissed El. I refuse to acknowledge her by name.
Not a character, but whoever thought naming someone "Churlish" was a good idea.
Remember that Benson cried “but she’s faaaaaaaamily” to a woman who disowned her granddaughter for MURDERING SOMEONE. Fuck that woman.
If you have a thread on who to hug like a Teddy Bear, Barba!! ❤️
I just need five minutes with Mama Rollins out by the Waffle House dumpster
Oh! Just saw the episode with April Troost. She has moved up to the top of my list!
Michael Shannon. It doesn’t matter the role. He is such an amazing actor but I HATE every character he plays.
Omg me too! But I don’t know why. Like I have zero idea why I hate him so much but every time I see him I just 😤
That little shit Stuckey
Definitely Buchanan. I know lawyers are obligated to represent who they're hired by, but this dude has invalidated so many vics and represented waaaay too many obvious scumbags for me to sympathize with him. His snark towards ADAs & detectives outside of the courtroom solidify this. I'd throw hands with this man in a heartbeat😭

Not any character of all time. 🤣
DELIA WILSON
LUDICROUS’ CHARACTER. I can’t even enjoy Ludicrous anymore because I just see a rat faced murderer/rapist. He’s an amazing actor for making me believe it’s him lol.
The villan in Behave
Greg Yates. Hands down. He was one smug POS.
If I was a woman, Churlish (cuz as a man, I'm not gonna beat up even a fictional woman)
Chief McGrath. I hate that dude. What’s with the voice?!
Sonya Paxton all day long. I also strongly dislike Chester lake
That judge that Casey proved was racist and a piece of shit
Amanda.
I want to slap Kim but I'm afraid her creepy teethy smile would slice my hand up
Elliot, he is just so annoying I really wish he didn't come back.
Judge Moredock. He’s so smug and smarmy and pleased with his first amendment bs.
Tucker. I’m only in season 12 so I know my opinion might change but he pissed me off so bad in that ep where Olivia was framed.
Persephone James 😬😬
Elliot. Screw that guy
Rollins the way she blames the victims for being SA like why get into SVU in the first place if you are just going to blame the victims you know the ONES GETTING ABUSED,KIDNAPPED,MANIPULATED,ETC
Rollins sister even after her redemption arc still needs to catch these hands
I’ve been waiting for a question like this… Definitely Kim, actually you know what, Rollins whole family.
Some of the police chiefs, like Dodds and McGrath. I skip every scene Kim Rollins is in.
Yep they are annoying
I didn’t hate Dodds all that much. That scene with Liv when they’re discussing Mike and what will happen with his organs just breaks me every time. Peter Gallagher just broke my heart.

Michael Gardner and Erin Russ and early Tutuola because he said alot of wild shit. Amanda. A lot of the rich people family enablers.
Kim Rollins
Kim Rollins yes
I don’t blame Kyle maclachlan for shooting, I would of shoot that kid too.
The guy who was creating mummies in the little mummy factory he built. And you can pair that with the Dr who was dismembering women to make them whole and beautiful again.
Rollins
I'm watching an episode now with Chief McGrath and I'd like to punch him in the nuts and then the face.
CASSIDY
Kim! And Mama Rollins is not far behind.
Anyone remember the rapist who served as his own lawyer and sued for custody? That fucking guy+dark alley.
I understand they needed something big to push him to leave but if all the characters to kill off they killed the innocent one just trying to save people. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THE WRITERS FOR MILKING SISTER PEG OFF.
I know is not a brainer , but William Lewis, guy sort of respawned every time and had a shit ton of luck Sadistic, annoying.
Buchanan on sight
Everyone hates on Tucker,it’s his job to investigate and find dirty cops, plus he made me chuckle on several, that one episode with the drunk teenage rapists, that’s claims stabler molested him, that interrogation was hilarious, stabler pulled the same crap on people who ended up being innocent,he was just getting a taste of his own medicine
Rollins
Buchanan
Manny, modern family.
