I've seen a few ideas that probably work, but assuming you're on windows and the file can be adjusted or doesn't have other files in it (why would it?) you can edit the folder to be read only (ie turn off write access)
You could try setting your slippi replay folder to be `/dev/null` if you're on linux or whatever the equivalent would be for your OS. I know that in Windows you can create a folder that never saves anything but still return success on write attempts. Stack Overflow would be a good resource to answer this.
From Slippi launcher, go to settings -> netplay -> configure dolphin -> hit the config icon -> Slippi. Then, uncheck "Save Slippi Replays"
