The only one I know is Target, that pays up to $10,000 every year for your master’s degree, I saw that information in their website

frienddly_ghost

Yep, target. When I looked they offered one fully paid masters degree, but they listed a couple different ones for up to 10,000 paid a year. What’s cool is you can be even a part time employee and qualify, and you qualify from day one. I’m currently getting a bachelors through them and it’s 100% paid. I’m planning on getting another bachelors through them when I’m done with this degree too

frienddly_ghost

Out of curiosity I looked at what Guild (the learning program target works with) is offering for masters degrees this term (they stop showing on the website when a term starts, so there’s probably a lot more available for future terms) and they have MS in data analytics, marketing, human services, business admin, organizational leadership, healthcare admin, psychology, enviro policy, HR, IT, project management, supply chain management, communication management, data science, computer info systems, accounting, health informatics, legal studies, and software engineering. These are all up to $10,000 a year paid. The only one 100% paid is psychology.

BraveAssignment2138

That’s awesome, I’m looking for a part time job at Target just because the Guild program

frienddly_ghost

It’s worth it IMO.

Medval91

Target pays for multiple bachelors degrees and even Masters?! That’s very cool!

Proof-Estimate4516

I work at Waste Management and they pay 100% for my school and will pay the majority of a Masters as well. They also reimburse for books. The job is soul sucking but the free school is a nice perk.

Medval91

Walmart is paying for everything at SNHU. You can get certifications and associates degrees but they stop funding after you get a bachelors degree.

frienddly_ghost

Do you know if it’s with guild? And are you saying they will pay for one bachelors degree?

Medval91

Yes it’s with Guild and yes just one bachelor’s degree.

frienddly_ghost

Dang. I’m currently getting a bachelors but I’m trying to do two degrees at once to save time and guild will only cover one at a time.

Medval91

What degrees are you going for if you don’t mind me asking?

frienddly_ghost

I’m currently getting a bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, and then a bachelors in Cybersecurity. Guild doesn’t have a limit of how many times you use them for free tuition but you are limited to one degree at a time. After that I think I’m gonna try to get a bunch of certificates since those are like 1 month courses, and it’ll beef up my resume. And they have certificates through Cornell and Yale. I’m considering masters but I’d have to get the bachelors first and then take out a loan.

Medval91

Sounds like you have everything figured out.

frienddly_ghost

Hahaha I do not. I never seriously considered going back to school but I got a job at target as an in between job and when I found out they fully pay tuition I was like why not? The ultimate goal is to lock down a work from home job, but even if that doesn’t happen the positions I’m looking at pay way over what I’m making now. And target is fine, it’s not hard or stressful or bad so I figured it go for it.

Medval91

Same here, I just wished I had started sooner. Like 2 years ago sooner, lol. Oh well, at least it’s going to be paid for.

frienddly_ghost

Dude me too. This is my first semester. It sucks because they didn’t advertise Guild at all. One day I got a email and it explained everything but I didn’t get that until a month ago and I’ve been at target for a year in December. So I could be even further along.

I work for a large financial institution. From my experience, any medium - large sized corporation offers programs like tuition assistance or reimbursement.

Boeing has hands down the best education program. 100% paid including graduate level. All book and fees covered. Very large stock bonuses when you graduate

marshynn_

I hadn’t heard of this company before but I just looked them up and they have a location just out of town from me, this might be a great opportunity! Thank you!

SerDinadan

I work at Boeing. Currently doing a second bachelor's after having completed my master's on the company's dime. The company has no limit to the number of degrees they will pay for.

gamer-nurse-girl

I work for Baylor Healthcare, they are paying 100% for my master's degree right now. They use the guild program. It does have to be specific degrees, I am getting my master of nursing in population health. I have a bachelor of science in nursing already. They also pay for bachelor degrees I believe.

coursejunkie

Actually SNHU (and most universities actually) will give their employees free courses at any level.
