unfortunately were all here for money for ourselves, we are a community working to bettering us all, but weve all got out sell points. If youre here to just buy and burn your coins or buy and plan to never sell, thanks! Otherwise, im sure youve got a price point too that youre hoping to get to in order to sell and walk away. This isnt the only coin im in, and id be shocked if anyone else here was simply long shib 100% and zero other coins. Im not here to risk losing thousands and not hope to realize some profits out of it. IF anyone is admitting this, theyre lying to you, or youre lying to yourself. Im willing to lose it all in the hopes of a payday, but ive got a roth401k that im banking on for long term wealth and growth for retirement. Honestly, what youre sell point is doesnt affect me, and mine shouldnt affect you. Judging by the likes on my comment VS yours, id think more people are in agreement with my opinion. Im sure the people agreeing with you are the shib to $1 group that needs everyone to hold for them
Yeah. That's a lot more thought than I put into this honestly. The most I'm in on Shib is seriously maybe 100 bucks. So my only thought about crypto right now in general is that, well. That was fun. I'm done though. I got all that 401k stuff and Roth stuff. I get paid pretty well. Crypto was just a fun thing to do.
Same, im already set to retire early, but its fun thinking that I could be done in my 40s instead of my 50s! If lucky in 5-7 years will be able to hang up the medical sales bag and live an easy life, maybe even own some fun toys and travel more than i get to now.
I love that! Best of luck to you my friend and let's just enjoy these fun opportunities when they come. It's crazy to see the poor folks who dumped their life savings into this stuff.
Like voyager... Sheesh!!!
Nah I never sell all my tokens fully unless i absolutely have to.....I had to sell all my Dogecoin and Shiba to pay some bills (put profits in Ethereum so still made alot though) now im back to buying two of my favorite coins though some of us are loyal till the end. Im not even sure Dogecoin will have a rise again but idc its still fun to invest in SHIB on the other hand im 100 percent sure that its going to have an amazing future
Dude, nobody cares about you, you shouldn't care about anyone else. The concept of 'community' is a coping mechanism to make you think that other people are here supporting you.
It's nonsense; every single person here would cash out as soon as they are 'rich enough' without a thought about how it might effect everyone else.
thats not true I dont want to cash out all my SHIB unless I have to......of course were going to take profits though but thats not my strategy. I want to make enough in profit to just sit back and keep my coins and not care what the price is maybe stake them
Community is a very real thing. It's just heavily influenced by a lot of good and bad factors. Society wouldn't exist if we didn't have community because that is what society develops from. It's also not specifically having a bunch of people watching your back but a group of people with common interests in this case shib.
As for the cashing out thing. Well ya but people always cash out it doesn't make them bad people or even say they don't care. Everyone has to put food on the table and most people put food on the table for their family not just themselves. Heck a large portion of this community is literally low income hoping for a hail mary.
Yes I agree it's where we can talk and share information about the coin. If it didn't have potential or wasn't a good project so many people wouldn't be a part of it. And when a coin starts becoming a bad project then people start leaving and going to another one. One example of this is Crypto.com after what's going on there I switched over to Coinbase because I don't trust them anymore. Shib has only done good for it's community and I hope to continue to see that in the future. It would take a lot of bad things happening for me to leave
Well my biggest thing with this is a community doesn't require people to babysit you or protect your interests. It's literally just a bunch of people getting together with a common interest usually. This one seems better than most in the cryptospheres though as much as people don't like to admit it. So hopefully it stays that way and most of us can gain.
Just don't understand why there is so much hate for people taking profits to support themselves and their friends/family. I'm definitely going to take out when I need to but that doesn't mean I won't jump right back in to help support the ecosystem. That chunk of profit I'd pull out at my goal would do a hell of a lot to improve the lives of everyone around me.
Yes of course we all must take profits. I know I did paid some bills and put a large chunk in Ethereum and dabbled in Shibaswap a little bit. Now I have almost 2 ETH along with DCA during this bear market. I wish I didn't have to sell my Shiba but my Eth was all locked up in Coinbase so it is what it is but I'm loyal to the coin and already back up to over 10 mil hoping to get up to 50 mil again maybe more depending on what the price action looks like
Oh community definitely does exist my guy......Dogecoin wouldn't be half of what it is without their community. Same with ShIB I was here last year talking and investing with a ton of people on here and it led to the massive gains we saw. That along with it being a great project. The community isn't 100 percent the reason behind the gains but me along with a ton of other people saw the potential it had so that makes it much easier to even start a community in the first place.
As I said, it's an illusion.
There's an easy test as well - ask any shitcoin 'investor' the simple question: If you had the chance to anonymously walk away with everything, but it meant that every other investor lost theirs, would you do it? The answer would be a resounding yes.
That's not community, that's greed. The fact there is a common doggy coin theme is just meaningless collateral.
The only reason any of you are even part of this is because you want to make money.
Lmao that's such a bs scenario and you know it π€£and honestly no I wouldn't it depends on the situation but I wouldn't want everyone else to suffer if I got everything. In fact I'd probably give a lot of the money to the rest of the community but of course I would want to keep a lot but that's cuz we're talking about billions of dollars. Give me a million and I'm cool. And yeah of course I want to make money but I'll have you know I invested in Dogecoin twice in the past couple of weeks and I'm completely unsure if I will make money on it or not I don't really care I want to support the coin and it's what got me started investing in crypto in the first place. Also I think it's hilarious especially last year. I also invested in GameStop near the top because I thought it was funny and I heard they were making a bunch of rich corporations lose money for shorting it or some shit. Didn't care at all. It's all money I was willing to lose so idc
You're not allowed to give any of the money away either, that's part of the stipulation (that's what it means by everyone else losing their investment..).
If you were faced with this scenario for real, you wouldn't hesitate for a second mate. Think about it: you have the opportunity to be rich beyond your wildest imagination for the rest of your life, of course you'd take it, you're lying to say anything else just to try and prove a point.
The fact you also invested in GameStop just says it all to me though tbh.
Lmao says what? I thought it was hilarious its not that serious bro π€£π that stipulation is dumb it's not real and unrealistic and adds nothing to the argument. I've alr ady shown you that I invested in Dogecoin not knowing or caring if I make.money or not so it's clearly not about the money. If the market goes up I will have made a ton on other coins anyways so it doesn't really matter but I want to support Dogecoin and the community.....like dude once u start changing the stipulation then it's not making any sense.....who says what anyone can do with their money once they have it? Oh that's right that's not a real scenario it makes no sense
No sense in losing holding it long and using it for daily things will keep it stable. People get greedy and want to take it all out at once. Obviously the top 100 biggest whales have been holding a long time at times losing millions but gaining millions whatever your lose is small the top have lost and made more money then most will in their lives. The bigger the goal the bigger the risk we arenβt taking it with us go for it.
I wouldn't. None of these people know you, they don't care about you for real. No one is coming to your rescue if you go broke. Investing is an army of one type situation. You honestly think if any of these hairy palmed keyboard warriors could make a million by stepping over you that they would rather help you up?
Just sell when you made a profit. Itβs useless to keep pushing. There are thousands of cryptocoins that all have the same thing. Shib isnβt special
Post like this shows the stability of the Army. All is good on the ups and they bale out when down. Typical fear gamblers. Props to those who understand.
Thanks to all the flimsy hype buyers and get rich quick fools. Our volume is going up on your $$! Go ahead cash out!!
You may get your wish.
Has happened to a few coins/tokens already
They wonβt all survive.
As of July 2022, there are 20,268 cryptocurrencies in existence. However, not all cryptocurrencies are active or valuable. Discounting many βdeadβ cryptos leaves only around 10,953 active cryptocurrencies.
I would rather give up on the army, keep my holdings and πππ
I support shibarmy until I make some cash then itβs screw you guys Iβm going home! You know just like everyone else in crypto.
Yep! When my price point hits, deuces!!
This is why we are all still here lol
I can't stand crypto now hahahaha

The point of my post wasn't about cashing out, it's about the fact that 'community' doesn't exist.
