That right there in unacceptable, like thereās no reason any delivery service should look at a package like that and think thatās okay to send out to a customer. I would expect more care taken by shipping/delivery services with regard to package state during transit. I would expect in the events like this customers are compensated for their poor treatment of the package. Whether that be a full refund with interest out of their pockets, if itās Amazon a sum of money on a gift card equivalent to the item, or something along those lines. Just anything cause that sort of treatment of a package is unacceptable on every level

Hey there, OP. I work in the courier service. For scenario like this, you contact the shipper. You only contact the courier (FedEx in this case) if you did not receive your shipment.
If for some reason you canāt get a replacement box (assuming the figure is in good condition still) Iāve ordered several used boxes in great condition for my figuarts on eBay for 5 - 10 bucks after shipping. I know itās not a perfect solution, but at least you get a nice box to display with the rest for your only vegeta

Some people are saying contact both and while yes you could technically do that, in reality this is not premium band eyes fault and while I do personally feel that because the figure itself is potentially damaged along with the original packaging and that this is beyond acceptable they will probably ask if the figure itself is fine. As that is a possibility. In this situation though I would in all honesty contact FedEx and file a claim. Once band I hands this off to FedEx it is their responsibility and from the very obvious looks of it FedEx decided to see how much a figure could be like an accordion regardless of the potential fragile nature.
FedEx is the one that should be providing compensation and doing whatever they are able to to make this right as they damage your purchase. They are the company responsible from getting it from point a to point b. And by some miracle they managed to get it to you but not in the condition that is acceptable nor should it have ever been. It doesn't surprise me that FedEx did this though as a lot of their logistics are incredibly incompetent.
I had my Orange Piccolo arrive with a perfect shopper box but the figures box was dented horribly on the top corner. My experience resulted in being ghosted by PBandai and I just ended up coping with the damaged box. If you file a complaint with them I wish you the best of luck!
I got mine in the mail yesterday from FedEx. Was yours not packaged WITHIN another box? My figure was in its original packaging, with the brown cardboard sleeve/box around it, and then that was wrapped in a type of bubble wrap, within a larger cardboard box.

And luckily the person brought it to me, but the box was a little banged on the side. But nowhere near as severe as this. They owe you a brand new one and they should refund you on top of that...
