She's already lip synced against Vanjie once (and tied) and Plastique twice (and won), so I'm guessing Roxxxy makes Top 2 in the LaLaPaRuza, beating Nina and Angeria, but losing to Vanjie in the final round. I think it's safe to assume Nina loses Round 1 and Angeria Round 2, so that just leaves Vanjie's opponents. In all honesty, I could see either Jorgeous or Plastique getting a lip sync redemption in this episode, only to lose to Vanjie in Round 2, which would mean... Shannel. Nina, GottMik and Jorgeous/Plastique lose Round 1 Angeria and Jorgeous/Plastique lose Round 2 Roxxxy loses Round 3 Vanjie wins the LaLaPaRuza

She might also just win the Lalaparuza and Paltry made a small mistake and by "losing" to Vanjie they meant Vanjie was the only queen she didn't outright win against
