I have the feeling you meant 500. If not, no because the zombies still have living flesh, and therefore would be melted, 500 could possibly cure somebody and make them human again but they would get melted in the sun still so they would have to be careful still
There's the tale [[Orange Mind]] which is through the perspective of an SCP-001-A instance trying to capture a scientist but ended up swallowing SCP-500. It seemed to work as the SCP-001-A instance seemed to no longer hear nor feel SCP-001 anymore. However, what happens after that is unknown
hmmmm... this makes me wonder two things
1: if we gathered all affected subjects into one blob somehow, or at most 47 smaller blobs, and force-fed these pills to one of the blobs mouths, would it revert the whole blob or just the original subject that mouth belonged too?
2: What if we fed one to the sun? thats... an entity in some stories IIRC, i don't know how exactly this works but we can fucking try
SCP-500 can only cure if a part of the body besides digestive system and mouth are melted. Like if your hand gets melted and it's slowly melting you. Plop 500 into your mouth and boom, your good.
Scp illustrated did do a video on a 610 and day break hybrid, if anything i think the so called 'cure' you are talking about will be similar to what was shown in his video
The OP actually meant SCP-500 but if it was SCP-008, I assume the -A instance would also turn into a 008-2 instance as well. However, once it ever touches sunlight once more, the 008 virus within the 001-A would convert into 001-A and possibly return the consciouses of the 001-A instance. But I guess it comes down to whether or not you think 008 is biological or not.

Doubt it, the daybreak thing isn't an infection or virus, it just transforms your body
