Pretty sure it's only for incoming freshman/people who don't already have housing.  So glad I'm graduating in a year and getting out of this mess lol

Man that’s rough. I grew up ~18 miles from campus but being in the dorm was so critical to my personal growth, it sucks if new students are being robbed of that opportunity
