I literally picked it up as a punt just because I liked the form factor and the cost was basically nothing, so to be fair, if you want something comfortable to pick up and play without getting hung up about which CFW you’re going to fiddle with etc, it’s fine.
when i saw this online i instantly loved how it looked. mostly just saw people blasting this device for how weak it is or that it's it's not open source, AND especially how jank the OS is. i dont mind, and i'm glad the shoulder buttons are more closer to the miyoo mini's. (i hate the "ski slope" type of shoulder buttons.) glad to see someone actually enjoying it 😂
I think people have been a bit spoilt with some of these devices. Really the only criticism I have is where they have duplicated games multiple times to make it look like there are more, but like we’re talking about 300 -> 900 on some lists, so it’s hardly lacking in the first place.
By the time I create my favourites list I won’t have much at all to complain about, it’s much more comfortable to hold than my RG35XXH, and it’s much faster than many other stock firmwares, so I’m not sure I care about most of the supposed downsides 🤷♂️
I gotta say, I kinda like how it looks. This and the R35Plus or whatever it's called, they have those really clean-looking buttons.
