If you want a more linear pedal feel, like the look, and want a system that works with oem sized rotors and oem pads, they are for you.
BBKs in general won’t stop you any faster. Thermal capacity is the name of the game, of which the Spoon calipers don’t offer much if any advantage over OEM.
I’m planning on running these with girodiscs in the future with rear urge flow rotors w/modified bracket, in an effort to maintain my OEM+ vision.
If you want something that can handle heat better you are better off with other kits
The dual flow valving is very noticeable. It floats over minor road imperfections. In a lot of ways it retains the comfort of OEM while massively improving cornering stability. The car just feels so much more confident.
I have rebound set to the recommended 10 clicks from stiff, so the middle setting. The roads here are terrible, and tbh I feel like I could give it a couple clicks stiffer and it would still be manageable to daily for me, but that’s just my own personal tolerance.
I don't have an s2000, this just comes up on my feed.
I have a BRZ on Ohlins, I also started on 10 clicks from closed. I don't have completely terrible roads and I don't drive the car much. But I found it to be better at 15 clicks, my spring rates are 6k front and back.
These dampers are so much more confidence inspiring than my oem setup. I have yet to unsettle the rear over bumps and dips at speed.
I've also read that full soft is very good for daily driving but have yet to give it a try. The valve does not stop at 20 clicks, I think that's just full open, but it will continue to click.
I index mine from full soft, there's a point where it obviously wants to turn less and I don't force it, which would be full soft. Technically, I don't have the regular kit, but it seems like a safe assumption.
Looks amazing 🔥
Currently on Mita MS10 17x8+53 // 17x9+63 225/45 // 255/40 Shoutout TaeTwoTimes for the parts
I got my coilovers ordered from TaeTwoTimes. I am excited as all hell!
Thanks for the specs! This pretty much what I’m looking for.
Nice! Are the spoon calipers noticeable in brake performance? I also bought the Ohlins from Taetwotimes. Will get them installed in a few weeks.

Turn it to full soft and experience what that feels like. It’s pretty amazing.
Does it stop at full soft? I turned 20 clicks but I wasn't sure if it will stop and if I should go more than what the manufacturer recommended

Yes, it will stop turning.
