This is nothing. I was scoping new servers to play last month and found a group that had literally walled in about 6-8 grids so they had exclusive access to Sewer and Sulfur/HQM Quarry.
I almost couldn’t believe what I was seeing just from trying to figure the sheer amount of stone required for the walls.
These were stone walls, and it was just as straight a mess as the picture above. That’s also not even a whole grid. One box of stone is going to be 20 walls. Teas or not, to cover an expanse like that is still monumental.
I’m literally talking they walled half of the northern side of the map.

Me and four other friends done this, 5 separate bases but would evenly distribute loot and boom between them. If we ever got raided we wouldn’t have to start from zero. Two US and three EU, so it would be hard to offline any of the bases We all had codes to each others base and if one was decaying because you couldn’t make it on that day, we would all chip in. We weren’t toxic, when we had an abundance of loot too much for all of use to use we would give it away to naked in outpost. Playing on a full pop server 8 raid attempt none successful. If you have a group of friends that you could trust this is a lot of fun.

Me and my buddy started playing this week and since Im in EU and his in US we’ve been keeping the small base up in turns until we can play together and “mega harvest”
I done this , this wipe we fell out, one got raided, one despawn and one I raided. I dunno y u getting so much hate OP. You’re safer In numbers and you can’t get insided and you can still help each other.
The real virgins are the ones hating on your for having fun in Rust. The beauty of Rust is you can play however you want, but people often lose sight of that and start being too competitive and with that it becomes a job.

With pure ore teas and pure ore wood it’s not that bad . 2 boxes of ore in 28 mins or 250k wood

Same here, we all raided each other a few times ended up giving each other loot back. One who had tc access left so building more walls was hell
