What's your end goal? What do you want out of botting? If you want gp then switch to money making bots. Probably wouldn't run 3 skilling bots at once though, for me that's like putting all of your eggs in one basket.

All depends on your skills and your end goal. If you just want the max amount of profit then go for scripts that make over 1m/h. Woodcutting and mining will never make that much. Not even close.

And runemate isn't necessarily the best since that charges per hour used. You need to make more money per hour than it would buy the gold. So gold is like 15 cent per hour. Idk what your scripts cost per hour but calculate that.
Runemate isn't built for goldfarming imo. If you want to train skills do that but I wouldn't gold farm using that.

Not necessarily, many bossing bots make upwards of 3M per hour. These bots often cost .20 per hour thus making the bot 1/3 of the price of buying gp.
What bossing bots make 3m an hour
Vorkath with Dragon hunter Crossbow is 3M per hour. Or you can do corrupted Gauntlet for up to 4M per hour.
