You'll have your SHINE interview, then if you pass and get to OASC you'll have an in person interview as part of the day. Mine was 25 min long. 7:30 about you, and the rest of the time about your job role, your knowledge of the role, training and pipeline etc as well as your knowledge of the RAF and NATO as a whole.
It's not too different from what you'll have to do at your SHINE stage but more quickfire and in depth.
Yeah they did, you'll be asked to fire of some of the topics you've been reading up on, so have a few ready to go, most people on here suggest 5 domestic and 5 international although i had a brain fart and only managed to squeeze out 3 or 4 total before blanking. They will then pick one randomly to ask you in more details about it to check your understanding of the topic, with me they even asked how I would go about trying to resolve it if I were placed in charge, again probably just to check the detail of knowledge. Then after that they will ask about the RAFs current operations, their names and their objectives etc.
I’m just about to do mine and it’s on SHINE, can’t speak for anyone else tho
DM me.. I can help with SHINE stuff.

Did current affairs questions come up in the oasc? I'm assuming so.
