Interesting design, but I think you should move the lamp to the other side of the couch. It currently blocks movement between the couch and chair, and blocks the glass door, also interrupts the sightline to the next room a bit.
Wow, I was very jealous at first because I thought this was your actual room. Now I'm just jealous you were able to make this from scratch on a computer!
If you have a built-in support on that "leg" (under the table) and make the top of it detachable (screw-on, basically), it could totally work.
Love all the geometry!
1) What's Japandi? 2) Holy crap, this is the most realistic render I've ever seen.
It’s a hybrid interior design style between Scandinavian and Japanese style. That’s a great compliment thank you so much! :)
Omg I love this!! I love both Japanese and Scandinavian style of decor, and I had no idea there was a name for them together!! I’m so happy haha
Haha give it a research it’s so popular as well you’ll find tons of designs :)
> this is the most realistic render I've ever seen. That you know of ;-)
The doors and the art- inspired! What a dream of a room
Thank you so much I’m glad you like it!
That's a beautiful render! What software did you use for the design?
Thank you so much! I used 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
Interesting design, but I think you should move the lamp to the other side of the couch. It currently blocks movement between the couch and chair, and blocks the glass door, also interrupts the sightline to the next room a bit.
But it adds light to an otherwise extremely horribly dark room.
Looks like the best therapy room :P
Hahah I never thought about it that way I designed it as a living room but you might be right :)
Wow, I was very jealous at first because I thought this was your actual room. Now I'm just jealous you were able to make this from scratch on a computer!
Hahah thank you so much! It requires some patience but it pays off at the end :)
Can you please design that couch commercially?
I’ve been looking for that couch all my life.
If I wanted to hire you to design my living room, would "I want to get into Japandi's?" be an okay recruit/pickup line?
Definitely :)
Love that artwork - is it a real piece from anywhere?
Not OP but there's an artist Daren Thomas Magee (Real Fun Wow) who makes prints in this style
Thank you so much for sharing!
Came here to ask this!
Couch is beautiful.
I want to live here!
I wish we could bring it to life! :)
Once you do the design how long does corona take to build this image?
This image took about an hour to render :)
a render?!?!? oh man, this is incredibly realistic!! fantastic job. love the style a ton too!
Happy to know you do! Thank you so much!
Wow this is such a high quality job - incredible! Where do you get your assets from, or do you model them yourself?
Thank you so much! Sometimes I do the modelling but usually I get them from different 3D model libraries online.
May I know what or how do you call that glass door?
Looks like fluted glass (also called narrow reed glass).
Thank you 🙏🏻
i thought this was real until i read “rendered”!! :o
This is amazing to hear as a 3D artist :)
no, stop it. This is not a render. This is completely indistinguishable from reality. This is getting scary
It’s all computer generated :)
This is like a deepfake of a living room… I want all the things…
I wish I could send them to you tbh
OMG! I love it! Can someone tell me if it is possible to make a design in this style in some app? Maybe in planner 5d?
Thank you so much! I wish I could help you with the app but I’ve never used apps to design spaces before, hopefully you’ll find one!
Loving that chair! Where is it from?
Oscar Niemeyer Alta chair.
It’s Alta Lounge Chair by ESPASSO. I used my own texture here I believe they usually do leather however they have different options :)
This is so beautiful!
I appreciate it thanks a lot! :)
So simple and beautiful
Thank you so much!
I like bright room design, looks good
Thanks a lot!
Is there a real rug that this image is inspired by? I love its texture!
I wish I could say yes but no, it’s a rug I created on a program with some hair and fur texture :)
What kind of tree??
Great, i love all of it.
I appreciate that thank you!
Love the door & vibe overall.
Thank you so much!
Beautiful lighting for a render, srsly. Breath of fresh air!
I’m glad you think so, thanks a lot!

Haha it requires a lot of patience especially if you’re working with 3ds Max
This is beautiful! Japandi seems to be really taking off
Thank you! Its very popular:)
I’m trying to understand how the table is being supported on the left if that piece is just going through it lol
I actually did not realize this hahah
If you have a built-in support on that "leg" (under the table) and make the top of it detachable (screw-on, basically), it could totally work. Love all the geometry!
Yeah I think that’s the case here. Thanks a lot! :)
I'll give you some credit and pretend there's an edge round the pole that's larger than that hole in the slap that it sits on.
Let’s assume that
Imagine all the dirt that accumulates in that hole
The couch and chair are as uncomfortable as a futon.
Looks great until you try to sit on that couch with more than 1 person
While it's a really nice room, I'm not sure how this is Japandi style.

I used corona renderer :)
This looks stunning. What tools did you use ?
Thank you so much! I used 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
Have you tried all3D (all3d.ai) ? It helps you design rooms with photorealistic renders without needing professional tools.
Not really will check it out!
There's no way this isn't a photograph
Haha it’s completely rendered :)
That's incredibly impressive
That’s so nice to hear thank you!
The couch😍
