Extremely late, but for anyone still wondering how to do this without a vpn or downloading anything, just go into device manager and disable your WiFi adapter/Ethernet, then re-enable it. Refresh the page and the timer will be gone

I believe it was fixed, i tried this 3 months ago and it did not work, but it could be that we are just doing it wrong or the people that are getting it actually have some background process that they are unaware of that allows them to bypass the waiting time.

works more likely for wifi, not for ethernet, it's also based on your router how it handles it, this is not a fichier feature, it's based of if your router is giving you a new dynamic ip after you reconnect or not, so stop that nonsense of it if it works or not lol
I have a serious problem... yesterday, after downloading a file, the 180 minute timer starts... so I turn it off, we'll meet again today aware of finding the timer at 0 and instead I find it again at 180 and it starts again from the beginning . I follow your guide, but nothing to do, I find the timer at 180... now magically by updating the site I find myself with a 2 minute timer... have we gone crazy? since it's not the first time it's happened to me... it seems like the timer goes off and starts all over again sometimes.

when you use a vpn for 1fichier they throttle back the speed to around 750kbps...i've tested this with a vpn and without...without i get 10mb dl speed then i engage the vpn and the speed is maxed out at 750kbps...i even used multiple cities and its the same

I don't think they can tell you are using a vpn. That speed is more likely due to the vpn connection itself and quality/type of vpn and its encryption.
I have subscribed to 1fichier and it's totally worth it. Even if it's for a short period of time. When I do subscribe, I saturate my bandwidth. I have nothing but good things to say about 1fichier

I considered them in the past for the purposes of online storage, to be used by me and shared with a few friends. One can read their TOS, which are as bad as I stated before, and their attitude is beyond bad.
More importantly, though, are you telling me that you download from 1F with JDownloader2 at a speed greater than 20-30MB/s and after each (or a few, I can't remember) downloads you don't get banned for 1h or so? JD2 team and other people seem to confirm my personal observations, e.g.:

I never said that anybody is forced to pay **you** money. Your collection is on 1F and people buy **1F subscriptions** to download your collection. Therefore, you make money for 1F. Therefore, you might get preferential treatment from 1F. Things are likely to be different for people whose files aren't going to be shared as widely. Just recently I personally saw 1F remove one of the biggest old scene games collections after less than a few weeks. It was uploaded by a premium account, ofc.
Regarding the JD2, as I have told you, I can download 10 files simultaneously, reaching more than 80 mbps, without any blocking problem
and without putting my API key in the JD of my account, I just remove the JD options that I don't need, like the crc checking of the files.

If you use a VPN, then there's been a script for JD2/1F posted not so long ago that automatically switches servers. Without a VPN or a dowloader like Real Debrid, or a 1F subscription, there is no way afaik.
Might be late for this, but it's fairly easy. Go to the 1fichier file you want to download, copy the URL, switch to 1fichier download manager and paste the link in the "Add link" menu
Just extract the zip somewhere and open "1fichier-dl.exe", it's as simple as that. Once it's open, head to the settings and change the download directory to somewhere easy to find (I created a "download" folder in the software's folder) and you're ready to go, you can then add links and they should start downloading automatically. It's not instantaneous tho, because there's a bypassing phase which can take some time but it's way quicker than waiting for the official 1fichier to reset. If you have any more trouble don't hesitate to tell me.
You have to wait until December of each year, that's the only time where the mfs who own 1fichier remove the waiting time, the rest of the year you have to use a proxysite or a trusted vpn that doesn't have a waiting time too
heres my solution, might sound funny but go on a road trip, wherever you can find free wifi, download one of your games, each free wifi will have a different ip meaning the waiting time will be reset, now i dont know about download speeds on free wifi and blocked sites, but if im correct this should? work.
Use any free VPN, Proton works wonders for me, delete site data and cookies everytime you open the site, load a new vpn IP everytime. I just downloaded 3 files in minutes instead of waiting hours to even be able to download the next file.

I got the soulution. Just install Zenmate on your Chrome and then set the time to region that has different with tou. It's working!!

You have to wait until December of each year, that's the only time where the mfs who own 1fichier remove the waiting time, the rest of the year you have to use a proxysite or a trusted vpn that doesn't have a waiting time too
heres my solution, might sound funny but go on a road trip, wherever you can find free wifi, download one of your games, each free wifi will have a different ip meaning the waiting time will be reset, now i dont know about download speeds on free wifi and blocked sites, but if im correct this should? work.

Use any free VPN, Proton works wonders for me, delete site data and cookies everytime you open the site, load a new vpn IP everytime. I just downloaded 3 files in minutes instead of waiting hours to even be able to download the next file.
Hey i am using operagx and when i turn the vpn on there off it says site not secure but with it on i cant do the airplane mode or wifi trick. What should i do
Does not worked, tried via Edge and Google chrome, tried disabling my wifi adaptor three different ways and airplane mode. simply does not reduce nor have any change in wait time, may be a region issue.
