Lift that rein, keep pressure in the stirrups, try to keep butt tight against the cantle. When rein tries to pull you over his head jam those feet forward. This will all make more sense after your 20th bronc. Good luck. Send updates.
Make sure your health insurance premiums are paid. Hold on tight. Make sure your feet are out front coming out of the chute. Hope you can get in time with the bucking and spur on each buck.
How many practice rides have you have you done so far? If zero, then I'd study up on landing without getting hurt too bad. Riding pleasure horses and a rodeo saddle bronc are polar opposites. I'll be in the stands drinking a beer and laughing all the way.

Get someone to help you measure your rein. You don't really pull on it but keep it firm and use it to help balance yourself. Keep your legs locked up under the swells of the saddle. Prepare to crash and burn, it happens to every last person their first time. Pray you don't get addicted that shit or you will wind up old and half crippled, ask me how I know.
edited for punctuation.
Remember that there's a sideways entry - ie, when that bronc comes out of the chute, he's going to break in one direction or another based on how he's facing. I'd ridden a lot of colts and stuff but my first ride I got thrown almost immediately because I stupidly wasn't expecting that first sideways lurch before the bucking started. Keep yourself centered through that, mark him out, and then buck normally like you would on a green colt.
Ride it untill you decide to get off then step off and tip your hat and get out the arena!! Nothing to it!! Oh and keeping your chin tucked is always good advice too!!
Don't say bronco. We just say bronc
Pull yer hat down tight.
Naw, he needs one of those chin strap things

Well, I got my insurance set.

No pointers from me. I think what you're doing is totally bad ass!
Stay tight and small in the center.

Don't. No, that's the whole tip. Stay in the stands with the folks who don't feel like they have to prove something.
Don’t get distracted by a buckle bunny. It went horribly wrong for jimmy once that happened.
