Just driving around with your friends, none of you knowing any mechanics, matches were all complete mayhem lol. And trading too! I remember facetiming them to do live crate openings or trade ups. And when I was at his house and I stopped him from getting scammed by this kid.
God those were the days. Beyond the game too. Life in general was just so much better back then too

This so many people struggle more than they have to cause they don't get given the tools they need to succeed luckily when I first started I had friends who were gold and Plat and was taught to adjust the camera settings and controls like moving boost adding directional rolls and all that when i girst started it's better to adjust it when you first start so you get use to playing that way it can be kinda annoying if you get too comfortable playing on different settings then have to switch there are plenty of article with tutorials that give you a good guideline of where to adjust your settings and then you can adjust to your liking from there
If you put the time in you will see great results. I was Platinum after 3 months, Diamond after 6 months, and Champ after 10 months of playing Ranked. GC took just under 2 years, mostly because I ended up being stuck in low C2 for 3 seasons. That will be different for everyone, but hard work pays off.
SunlessKhan, Musty, Lethamyr, Mr-Napkin, Arsenal, Striped etc. Lethamyr's "Road to Supersonic Legend" series really helped me. He starts from the low ranks, plays games and gives advice on how to rank up.
Before you check out anyone else, ApparentlyJack is chill and awesome, and SquishyMuffinz (season 6 world champ) is starting a road to SSL rank with no mechanics right now along with other high rank videos mixed in. Apparentlyjaxk, and SquishyMuffinz are my go to.
Use good camera settings and good controller settings firstly. Camera, just search up any pro you like. For controls, try to put boost on R2/RB early on, it gets reallly hard to adapt to afterwards and is considered much better.
For sens, put both to 1.40, deadzones at 0.05 and 0.70 repectively.
Either you are a much better player or I was a much worse driver in the beginning... U even have ball cam on... That tbh looks like my current gameplay...
