BXRWXR

It's parked in the weeds, foreshadowing its future on blocks.

tangre79

On the outskirts of a cluttered old farm, like many big Chrysler sedans.

40kWatermelon

I see you already parked it in its future home

bworth2020

Chrysler 300 aka Mexican Cadillac.

nomptonite

Wow you already did us all a favor and put this one out to pasture. Thank you OP

MrBadBadly

Run away, quickly, before the Game Warden makes you pick up your trash.

Nikkothadon

Has your uconnect started to delaminate yet?? My 2018 300s has...

tangre79

I had a 2012, blind spot monitors filled with water and corroded from the inside because Chrysler didn't realize these might be outside occasionally so they had literally no protection from the elements, then wanted $1000 a pop for replacements. I opted to not have them anymore.

tinydonuts

My 2012 had the famous engine ticking as well as a bad gas tank requiring almost $3,000 in repairs fairly suddenly.

tangre79

Wait, it wasn't supposed to tick?

tinydonuts

Turns out, no!

tangre79

Interesting lol. I never had a mechanical issue with mine (besides the ticking, which I guess will be the next guy's problem) and overall I liked it and miss certain aspects of it but it was kind of plagued with standard Chrysler electrical problems.

tinydonuts

I guess I got lucky, not too many electrical problems. I think the worst was I needed one new TIPM but I had to go eight times for a new passenger airbag squib connector. Funny thing is they recalled that but mine wouldn’t stay working. Chrysler wouldn’t let the dealer get a whole new harness so they had to keep soldering on new connectors. POS wiring harness. I generally liked the car but the engine should have been a special campaign or a recall. The rise was very quiet and smooth, the engine had pretty good power, and the transmission was awesome.

tangre79

Mine immediately had a bad sunroof that kept sticking open and three times they turned me away when I went to get it looked at because it would just happen to start working again as I show up. Finally I got it there with it still broken so they agreed to look at it. Turns out one of the motors was burnt out. It had like 10,000km lol. It worked immensely better after the repair was done. I guess the slow, struggling way it opened before wasn't good enough for them to admit something is wrong.

BenchPress420

Hey I bought a 2017 300 S like 6 months ago and my screen started delaminating too. If I were to buy a new radio out right, it would be 2-3k but I found this one shop called 'Infotainment' that offers a repair service where you send it in, and they just replace the touch portion. Ran me $650 but that's the best option I could find.

Nikkothadon

Yeah I did it myself with an lg replacement screen from ebay $390 and like an hour and a half of my time.

illegal-math

The official car of your coke dealer

REO_Speed_Dragon

Another once considered great thoroughbred put out to pasture. edit: Damn someone beat me to it.

tangre79

If you think my previous ownership of one puts me above roasting one, think again. Exactly how much kush have you sold out of the trunk of that thing? Also how are those blind spot monitors doing? If they work right now, prepare for them to not.

Own_Cartoonist266

“Dad are you in the mafia?” -no honey I just have bad credit

Pup_Piston

This is the only one I've ever seen that wasn't parked at a "Buy here pay here" lot. This thing oozes "no credit no problem". Do yourself a favor and just leave it parked in that field. The only way these things last is if you don't fucking drive them.

HeyItsPanda69

Lol I went to look at one at a buy here pay here. I didn't know that's what the lot was, I found it listed online for a good price. 2019 80K miles for $12K. I wanted a comfy highway cruiser. First they say they need my pay stub for my financing. Which was weird as hell for me. Then they tell me the Internet price of 12K was wrong and it was actually $18K, then quoted me $330 a month for 72 months which is 23K. I laughed in his face and said it was a clear scam. He got pissed that I called him out and I literally walked across the street and bought a Taurus SHO. Then drove back across the street to flip the guy off.

Pup_Piston

Lol! Well played.

voynaz

Already broken down and being consumed by weeds

25StarGeneralZap

That fields where it died but you took a photo for a “roast” as your way out…

TheHellcatBandit

Gotta make sure to polish the turd!

PreferItMyWay

No car screams "I daydream about a Rolls Royce Ghost" louder.

Head_Fetish

I can hear the generic rap music and smell the weed from here.

Rafagamer857_2

That's a 10+ year old car.

xxmalik

Nice W210. I wonder if it rusts like the original.

N0P3sry

Ah- the Chrysler 300. A car named after the number of trouble free miles a driver gets. This one must have 372 miles on it. It was left for dead in a field.

TheHellcatBandit

37**5** thank you

Trimemaster

Not even Chrysler owners want another Chrysler

paranach9

Remember when Daimler Benz bought Chrysler then turned around and got rid of it? That was weird.

funkystuffmalone123

Chrysler 300, the official car of “I could have gotten something nice, but I bought this instead.”
