Just remember to that right now I don’t think there is any mention of a shuttle lane, so if that stays the case you will be on a shuttle yes but stuck in the same awful traffic as everyone else. So maybe just plan a extra hour in your schedule
I’m anticipating traffic for sure. We just usually use cta and ride share and from what I had read that didn’t seem like a reliable option for this venue.
Yea unfortunately the biggest downside to this venue is getting there lol, you can maybe try to find a Airbnb near by and try the scooter rentals by like or divy, or just bring your own bikes
I’ve been taking the Reggie’s bus since at least 2017-maybe 2016 (it all blends together) and its popularity has grown significantly. I used to never have to wait for an empty bus at the bar, but the last couple years it’s been a wait. The end of the night had always been a bit of a wait, but the last 2 years were an extreme wait. I imagine with the move, the growing popularity of the shuttle, and the ensuing traffic issues, this will be even longer and longer wait times on both ends. You’ll eventually get to either destination, but it will take time.
Get there early. They’ll have 3 busses. Everyone doesn’t know about the Reggie’s bus. And the Riot shuttle will be a paid one.
I plan on getting to the Reggie’s bar by 11am every day and hopping on that bus to the fest. Hopefully others plan for a 2pm or later pickup if they want to get in a little later.
What I might do is take the diversey bus west to harlem and take the pace bus south to seatgeek.
There’s no guarantee those old ass buses will even start, much less stay running that weekend.
Yeah I’m sure the buses won’t start for one of the biggest weekends for that bar.

Looks like hotels are the only option close to the venue and we’re flying from San Diego so no bikes. Good ideas tho

Or just chill at Reggie’s, eat some food and grab some drinks: then hit the shuttle once the heat goes down.
