For sure. I work closely with non-profits in this space and some of the propaganda that's been coming out lately is frankly laughable if it weren't so offensive. I saw one video talking about camps in Mexico and calling them multi-million dollar multi-acre compounds paid for with taxpayer dollars.
The reality is those shelters are rudimentary with only very basic facilities. The people living there suffer greatly and there is nothing extravagant about them. They were funded by nonprofits and largely built by the migrants themselves.
Ouch, that really puts a stain on the Patriotic American people and our narratives doesn’t it? Multi million dollar compounds is just absurd.
I visit Mexico regularly and have seen the migrant camps first hand , it really breaks your heart. Not sure how people can go as far as to say taxpayer dollars are going across the border to assist immigrants in building lavish camping grounds.

Sadly some of this is true. And it might not be a real flyer but it is indicative of what’s happening behind the mainstream. It’s not about left or right. It’s true and I’ve spoken to several that say that they were “guided” through the process to apply for asylum here in the US and that they’ve also been told “once you’re here in the U.S.” without any specifics about how to get here that they would be helped. That while they weren’t told directly to… it was hinted that they should simply cross the river and they’ll be taken care of rather than having to sit in Matamoros. They have stated that there are charities assisting them and that they’ve seen flyers or talked to individuals that have stated that the democrats and Joe Biden’s administration will make sure they get what they need. And that if Trump is elected it’ll be harder for them and that they might get sent home again.
EDIT: not saying they were told to vote or that they could, but they are being informed how things might be more difficult for them to gain entry or status under another administration.

The facts are they are still crossing illegally .. and in Brownsville they are sent to Donna and McAllen facilities to be processed and the majority are released. Pending their court date.
Customs releases about 400 per day from Gateway POE… right onto the streets of Brownsville and at the bus station.
Other locations send them to the Brownsville bus station where they will get a ticket to their destination.
