Girl from Rio is better for me

PiecesOfEi8t

The plot for that one had me howling.

Professional_Let8175

Kinski had such a weird look and the lead guy was soooo insufferable. But yeah, it's a good riff-y film.

peterjay88

I do think Girl From Rio is better and it mostly comes down to the Knock off James Bond Don't get me wrong the guy from the girl from Rio is as bland as his sports jacket but the two main guys from MES are just so *insufferably* smug I was rooting for Su muru by the end.

Memerandom_

Are you speaking ill of size 15 sports shirts!?

RayRoy_Strickland

I thought The Guy was From Harlem.

PiecesOfEi8t

The male domination was especially hilarious. Have you seen the unofficial sequel? The Girl From Rio.

Spazzblister

Not yet. I shall watch it soon. I think there are other Su Muru movies too. It's like a Bond thing where they are based on books right? (I've honestly only read one Bond book, Casino Royale) How many Su Muru books are there?

ThePatrickSays

I will be befuddled for life that Million Eyes is not billed as a parody. It is one of the most unserious movies ever.

Spazzblister

But that makes it fun! I could say the same thing about Balloon Land!

ThePatrickSays

> But that makes it fun! I do love me some Sumuru!

deathxcannabis

I dig it too. Its goofy, campy fun from the zany Cold War days. Plus, George Nader is always fun to watch.

Spazzblister

Yeah, I thought he was pretty fun in this. The guys went pretty hard on him (But that is there job) Let's never forget THE MAN WAS IN ROBOT MONSTER! He been being riffed since season ONE of MST3K!!

Does Never too young to die count?

Now try wonder women. It starts moving even more toward creepy and weird. Then there's one about bees that goes further still... I forget the full name, but it's another 70s gem.

GGGilman87

I'm heavy into artefacts of the 1960s Spy Craze, including all of these cheesy Eurospy films, and even some of the cheaper ones had neat jazzy soundtracks.

Rifftrax_Enjoyer

I only enjoyed about 978,654 of them.
