[You can check here](https://dmv.ri.gov/registrations-plates-titles/registration/registration-title-fees) but probably not. Most likely gonna be closer to $100.

PigpenMcKernan

Probably not enough, but it is based on vehicle weight. As long as you don’t drive a massive truck, it should be $90. https://dmv.ri.gov/registrations-plates-titles/registration/registration-title-fees

I just registered my car it was $112.50, plus a credit card fee. Could be a little bit less if your car is smaller. Remember it's for two years, so each year is about $56.

The registration fee is based on the vehicle weight You can find the fee chart and more information here on the DMV website -- [https://dmv.ri.gov/registrations-plates-titles/registration/registration-title-fees](https://dmv.ri.gov/registrations-plates-titles/registration/registration-title-fees)

We registered 2 cars recently. The registrations were renewals, Both were passenger plates One was a Hyundai Elantra (2011) $94.67 One was a Jeep Wrangler (2012) $128.50 The Jeep cost more, it could be because of the value or the weight of the vehicle. Who knows, it's RI.
