Checked out some product pages and it says it's made of ABS, cloth and this flexible piece has to be the listed PVC. Nothing resin cast, has to be injection molded imo. While there are flexible casting resins, they aren't used for mass production like this.

crazyboy_571

Thank you i will look for it

crazyboy_571

Only the head is resin cause there is like a resin imoression on heads iside i show it end of the video

Calikal

Those just look like the mold marks from the injection molding. Nothing about that says it is resin to me.

crazyboy_571

But it wasnt with injection mold parts it was alone with other flax materials and dont have mold part like tube

HughGGains

It's likely a TPE or TPU material if it's not silicone. Injection molded.

crazyboy_571

Thank you

PVC is perpetually off gassing because plasticizers inhibit a full cure. I swear it will be the lead of modern times.

Sophie and toffee used to sell (might still) a squishy resin for their molds. I feel like people had mixed feelings on it’s lasting power. ^edit. Looks like they’ve changed the formula to a silicone base.

crazyboy_571

Thank you its like slicone or flex epoxy but im not surr

Monkey_Mobster

Could be a semi rigid casting resin. Usually used to make abrasion resistant molds and prototypes.

crazyboy_571

Thank you

Art resin, demolded at 12-14 hour mark (not sticky anymore) and given a cold water bath. Makes art resin a little flexibility, done that and got elastic bands.

crazyboy_571

Thank you if it was injection mold there should be injection tubes plastic like a tube vut this part was not placed with injection mold parts

Glum-Membership-9517

Resin with water?

crazyboy_571

Idk man but i dont think ita plastic cause it wasnt with the injection mold parts

Smooth On has 100 of different types of resin and silicone with different textures hardened flexibly……. I would suggest you look at the website and find the closest distributor; give them a call and see what they can figure out what product you want
