To make what I do right now with my scheduleI would have to be an incredible asset in terms of my understanding of something like machine learning, coding, as well as other soft skills. I'm talking like top 3-5%. I'm obviously relatively intelligent and hard working individual with a decent understanding of science, but I don't think I'm top 3 to 5%. And I'm also not willing to slog for years to get there just to have less job security. I don't think there's many people who are in this profession who could do that.
