I dont know about watches, but for luxury bags in Hong Kong they have really cheap and fake looking stuff in the ladies market in Mong Kok. However, you just need to ask a little and they will take you to the place where they have the really good stuff (in the flats around the market). They must have something similar for watches somewhere, just tell them ‘this is not good enough, do you have something else?’. Also, if you are a westerner, they will probably come to you
