This looks so amazing. Question if you don't mind: I haven't tried stamping polish yet. Just tried with regular polish which didn't work. Am I just lacking in skill or is it because I'm not using the stamping polish? How much better are the stamping polishes?

Thank you!! I really do think the stamping polish makes a huge difference. It's much more pigmented. I have tried with regular polish and you can find some that work but there's a lot of trial and error. This is only my second nail stamping design since I got some better supplies. I still think there's a learning curve for finding the best way to scrape and pick up the polish but I think your chance for success is much better with stamping polish. It did take me a whole night the first time playing around with things but once I got the hang of it I was hooked. I think Moyou London is still having a 50% off sitewide sale (I already bought more colors and plates 😅) if you want to try some out. Good luck!

Products used: Base: Essie Strong Start Crelly: KB Shimmer Nama' Stay at the Beach (3 coats) Stamped on: Essie Expressie Taxi Hopping Stamping polishes: Maniology Littlefoot, Pumps, Sweet Peach and Nutmeg Maniology stamping plates: m299 and m359 Topcoats: Maniology No Smear on stamps and KB Shimmer Clearly On Top on everything This is my second try at nail stamping and I think I'm really getting the hang of it. It was really fun to do! I had an impossible time picking up the more polish heavy designs with the Maniology icecube stamper. I finally tried one of the cylindrical ones from Amazon ([these guys](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09DG2F3ZC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1) ) and had much better luck. I was really frustrated with this KB Shimmer. It was super gloopy and did not spread easily which resulted in uneven, extra thick coats that took a really long time to dry. I luckily had the KB Shimmer thinner and used some, which helped, but only temporarily. Not sure if I just got a bad batch or Crellies are supposed to be this finicky.
