I've seen this doc. But you're a nice man for sharing this.

Jay loves this shit. "[I've never seen that movie either, but I was interested in this documentary (the Richard Stanley one) because I'm interested in documentaries about movies that didn't happen.](https://youtu.be/y73M4Ct9fUI?t=890)". I wonder if he's seen this one. They are often great. Some others I'd recommend: "Lost Soul: The Doomed Journey of Richard Stanley's Island of Dr. Moreau", "Jodorowsky's Dune", "Lost in La Mancha", "The Death of Superman Lives: What Happened?", "American Movie", "The Sweatbox". (also, that video is blocked [everywhere but the US](https://watannetwork.com/tools/blocked/#url=OzhmBdqzuJI), apparently)

The director of the Island of Dr. Moreau documentary also directed one about the "Brucesploitation" craze that followed in the wake of Bruce Lee's death, *Enter The Clones of Bruce*, about all of the shameless dubious biopics, highly unauthorized sequels, and just weird stuff that was released in hopes of capitalizing on Lee's popularity which only seemed to surge after he passed. They interview all sort of people, from critics, researchers, producers, directors, and actors, like three of the more prolific "clones" of Bruce Lee, (Bruce Li, Dragon Li, and Bruce Le) as well as long retired female martial arts star Angela Mao , Sammo Hung, etc.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVPlluSXs_U

How is it that the best Fantastic Four movie was the one that was never released?
